Summer Life

Day 1

Well first off its not really Day 1. Day 1 was this past Sunday but whose really counting aha.

Sunday

I went to work for the first time. Ah yes where do I work? Well I work at a racetrack with thoroughbreds! Isn't that awesome! Well I think it is! Anyways... I work with 6 horses! All geldings except one filly. Want to know there names? I'll tell you anyways, so there is...

Barrels, Donkey Kong, Luce, Momma(Red(Red Head)), Monster, Dusk.

Those are their barn names they all have registered names obviously but barn names can be soooo much more fun.

Well anyways all I am is a groom right now but I might do other things.

Does anyone know what the Green Certificate program is? Well I am hoping to be part of it. I am currently taking the prerequisite but I already have trainers.

Also I did not get to ride my horse (MJEC) on Sunday which was kind of depressing but I got to yesterday (Monday) and I get to spend time with her tomorrow (Wednesday) as well! I love her shes like my soul mate. Oh and that leads me to the fact that I think Momma is also my soul mate. The two look sooo similar and act quite a bit. Weird right? Aha.

Anyways...

Ooh on Saturday(This coming Saturday) Monster will be racing. He's a 9 year old endurance horse. I'm excited to see him race! Wish him luck ya'll!

I'm taking extra courses over summer because I am soooo bored because when I'm done work I have nothing left to do! So yea.
