Bright Sunlight and the sounds of birds chirping could be heard as Serenity slept in her queen sized bed peacefully; a few minutes passed before serenity rose up from her slumber letting out a long yawn.
"Shit" The young woman rubbed her tired eyes, looking at the time her eyes immediately winded before she jumped out of bed throwing the white blankets in the corner of her room.
Grabbing her phone she was relived to see her time was an hour ahead seeing it was only 6:30AM.
Serenity grabbed the white case pulling out her hearing aids placing them in her ear getting a clear sound of the noises around her, she left out of her bedroom going down the long hallway into her kitchen.
Twenty-three year old Serenity lived in a beautiful three story home that she had purchased when she was only twenty-one, to say she was doing good in life was an understatement some could say she was living above her standards.
She was successful in every aspect of her life.
Walking inside the kitchen she opened her refrigerator grabbing the pre-made smoothie that sat on the top shelf, she then grabbed her yogurt bowl that had blueberries & oats in it before walking towards the bar.
"I'm fucking tired!" She groaned.
"Hey Alexa play smooth jams!" She called out. "Now shuffling smooth jams on Amazon prime music"
Donell Jones began to play in the living room as Serenity ate her morning breakfast, this was like a routine for her every morning except her off days which consisted of Saturday & Sunday.
Loud ringing could be heard startling her a bit, she glanced at the contact name seeing it was her assistant making her slid over answering the phone.
"Goodmorning My love!" Amanda, her assistant spoke. "Goodmorning honey"
"Same coffee order today or are we switching it up?" Amanda inquired. "Same order but add a extra shot of espresso for me my love also are you able to run to the store and grab me a few packs of gum and I need gloves if possible" Serenity replied.
"I can definitely do that, I'll be at the office in about a hour my love"
The two spoke a little more before the line went dead, serenity finished up her food placing everything in the sink then walked inside of her bed room heading straight inside the bathroom.
