No one knows why the youngers were sitting down in front of the older lady who has a very genuine smile to her face which is also unlikely of her.

"Are we dying?" Xixi whispered to Nora who was a bit tipsy but decided to stay shut with her eyebrows scrunched.

Kiana cleared her throat, crossing her legs in different direction now.

"Ma'am" A man in black clothes put down a gift bag beside Kiana along with a grey file which confused the young ladies even more. Kiana took a look at her girls, red head in a beautiful bun and black hair in a tight ponytail.

"I have some gifts for you guys." Kiana  cleared once again clearing her throat. She handed the gift bag to Nora and the grey file to the youngest. Nora came back to her senses, taking the bag from the big lady which also made the sober Xixi to take her file.

Once Xixi opened the file, it revealed some papers with her name in it. She started to read out the admission paper which had her name written on it.

"....A-m I going to college?" her voice trembled once she realized it was her admission latter under a famous college she knew. She saw the door of the college from the car a few times while coming to the club. She knew it was it.

"You can change your major if you want to..." Kiana was cut off by the sudden small jump on her chest. Xixi and tightly against her body, expressing her happiness throughout the hug which lead the older to rub her hand on Xixi's head.

Kiana wanted to look back at Nora who were still opening the bag she got. She wasn’t sure what's inside just because she wasn’t used to getting gifts, it also lead her to feel shy while getting one.

Nora pulled out a pair of shoes from inside of the bag. It wasn’t an ordinary pair of shoes, It's the same kind and colour of shoes she had which are now torn in many places. She remember the shoes, she knows these shoes, the only memory from the place she belonged to.

"......you didn’t like them?" Kiana asked when she saw the confused look on Nora. Nora didn’t reply, neither tried to. She stood there, scooting herself into one place until she gathered herself into a soft ball with the shoes in front of her.

"Why?" Kiana looked at her when Nora broke the silence.

"What?"

"Why would you?" Nora repeated her question, crystal clear now for what Kiana wasn’t prepared.

"Because I want to?" She scoffed off Nora. She wanted Nora to be happy not asking her why would she buy them stuff.

"You shouldn’t. You are just trying to buy stuff and prove that it corrects all the things you have done to me?" Nora looked emotional while she expressed her feelings.

"....Don't like it? Don't take it. I don't give a shit." Kiana stood up from her couch, anger soon taking place on her face.

"That's what arrogance looks like. Guess you have it too much!" Nora threw the shoes away, walking out of the room with Xixi following her behind. Kiana didn’t walked out with her because she meant all good and nothing bad for the younger.

Nora and Xixi stopped in front of the bathroom door, finally the older stopping from anger. Xixi didn’t ask anything but stood there, waiting for her.

"...she didn’t mean any harm, yeah?" Xixi spoke but got no answer from the older in front of her, realizing It's not a good time to ask anything. Nora looked down to her feet, small feet in silver high heels, making her look tall which she isn't. Just like the hope Kiana giving her,too tall but nothing to gain in the end.

"She is giving me hope...." Nora replied softly.

"Isn't it clear she likes us? What else you want to know from her?" Xixi leaned back to the wall behind her, explaining with an annoying face sticking to her.
