Another shitty day at school where Allison leaned against her locker and had to listen to the bullshit that Joey told her. Of course she knew that Joey only wanted Bianca to get her into bed and do the same with her. "Hey Joey" Michael said as he walked pastus with Cameron.

"Fuck off" Joey said and looked back at me. "Save me this shit and go to Bianca to tell her how much you love her" Allison snapped and closed her locker loudly.

Joey didn't want to leave until Patrick came. Joey handed him a hundred dollar bill and disappeared "Now you want a hundred euros" said Allison.

“I have to take some advantage,” he said and smiled. "So...bogey's party, invite her," Allison suggested. "And what's the point of that for me?" he asked confused. "You really have no idea about dates and girls, I'm right." "I know one thing about girls. They love sex," Patrick said. Allison smiled. "Yes, of course - you can put it that way. so just ask her" Allison continued walking after she said that.

...

At Bogey's Party. Allison stood at a beer keg with her friend Rose and her boyfriend Dean. Looking around, she saw Kat running up the stairs with Patrick following close behind her. In the other corner she saw Bianca talking to Cameron and Michael literally jumping up on girls and telling them something.

She ran to the toilet to fix her lipstick. After her, Mandella, Kat's friend, came in. The two smiled at each other until Allison left the bathroom and met Patrick.

"Well hello, who do we have here?" she grinned. "I followed your tip - it probably works, just not for her" he said, narrowing his eyebrows and looking around nervously.
"There" Allison said quietly and pointed to Kat, who was just picking up her fifth drink and grimaced. Patrick nodded, looked at Allison again and then went to Kat.

Allison was starting to lose her fun so she just decided to get drunk.

...

After her eighth drink, Allison felt herself becoming more and more dizzy. When she felt a hand on her shoulder, she got goosebumps. She turned around and looked at Joey Donner's face, she threw up on his shoes. "You bitch, these are my new shoes" he said loudly and dramatic and quickly ran to the toilet. "Men are such crybabies," she mumbled to herself.

A few minutes ago Allison had seen Kat and Mandella leaving the party and she wondered if Patrick was still there. She walked around the house for a bit until she was so dizzy that she tipped over slightly to the side, at that moment she felt two hands protecting her from falling. When she looked at the kangaroo boy's face, she immediately noticed his brown eyes. She looked at him and found herself staring at his lips. When she noticed it she gasped and tried to speak but no words came out.

"You're alright?" he asked worried. "Yes, I'm fine" she said and stood up straight, but just as she was about to walk she felt herself tipping slightly to the side again.
Patrick took her by the hip and pushed her forward in front of him. Rose noticed it and followed the two.

"What's wrong with her?" she asked worriedly and pushed a strand of hair out of Allison's face.
"She's drunk, I'll drive her home" he answered and briefly sat her down on a chair. "Okay. Hey Alli, call me when you feel better, okay," Rose said and went back to Dean. Allison held her head and sighed.

"You don't have to drive me home, I'll just ask Cameron I-" Patrick interrupted her and looked at her intensely. "I'll drive you okay," he said gently. She just nodded and then looked down. "Hey man, can we talk for a moment," said Cameron, who came upset to Patrick.

They both looked at me and I nodded. "It's over, Bianca wanted something from Joey the whole time," he said.

"Cameron, do you like the girl"
"Yes"
"And is she worth all the trouble" "Well I thought she was -"

"It's either she is or she isn't, and let's be honest, your love is worth a lot more than Joey's so don't let an asshole like that tell you that you don't have as many chances as him"

Patrick looked at Allison again and then back at Cameron.
"What's wrong with her?" her brother asks. "She's drunk, but don't worry, I'll drive her home."

"Where is Kat?"
"Gone, she wasn't in the mood anymore."

...

"Why are you letting him provoke you?" Patrick asked Allison as the two of them sat on the swings outside a little further away from Bogey's house. "Who?" she asked. "Joey"
"I hate that guy. We-we used to be together until he became a total asshole so now he's doing this"

"you and- you and Joey" he laughed. "Ha ha, really funny" she was sarcastic again but also had to grin slightly. "Why are you doing that" she began. "What" he said now confused. "Why are you helping me or rather why are you so nice to me, I mean I never really was"

"Well, you're right, but... I didn't feel like going to the party anymore and when women are in need I'm always there." He had to laugh himself when he realized what he was saying.

Allison also let out a little laugh when he said that. ,,What? Too romantic?" he asked with a grin.

"No, too charming" she laughed.
A comfortable silence began between the two. The two just looked at each other when a loud bang came from Bogey's house.

"So, how's it working with Kat?" "Well, she's not as open as you"
he said and gritted his teeth.
"With words or with something else?" she asked with a smile as he let out
a chuckle.

"She... doesn't like my charm," he said as Allison chuckled. "Well, she's not the only one."

But she thought of one thing the moment the two of them just looked into each other's eyes.

Maybe in this season, drunk
and sentimental, I'm willing to admit
a part of me, liked Patrick Verona
