About Vaggie: she is a Seraphim that was brought to hell to keep an eye on Lucifer, but to her surprise, she ended up falling in love with Charlie, Lucifer's own daughter. Though Lucifer has a grudge against the angels, he allowed the relationship to happen as it was better than Charlie's relationship with Velvet. (No Vaggie is not angry at Charlie, she's bamboozaled that she trusted Alastor/Ember so easily lmao)
