Yes, this is a self portrait. At least the fairy tale version. I love water lilies. In the summer, I swim to the opposite shore of the lake to see how many water lilies have opened.
Too bad we don't really have dragons on our lake.
I drew one of my cats here. This is actually a combination of the cat of my heart named Sointu (meaning chord, harmony or timbre. Melody could be a good equivalent as a name), who passed away a year ago, and the second youngest, whose name is Kuu (meaning Moon, short for her official name Kuunnousu (Moonrise), taken from the Warrior Cats books' names). Both cinnamon colored.
