"can you please both hurry up" i shouted from the bottom of the stairs up to both my brothers.
" geez give us a break! would you?" nick shouted while he walked downstairs towards me.

" i'm just coming!" matt replied while leaving his room and eventually walking downstairs.
"finally! we can go now." i say while walking out the front door to matt's car since he's the only one who can currently drive.

y/n's pov

i was currently getting ready for my best friend larray's birthday party, i was so happy with the full outfit i had chosen as it fitted my figure perfectly. as usual i was running very late so i needed to quickly hurry up and order a taxi there,
i honestly had no clue who would even be at this party since larray has a massive friend group.

*time skip to the party *

chris's pov ( again )

My brothers and i eventually made it to the party, of course we came late. we all honestly had no clue who would even be at this party since larray had so many friends and with my anxiety, i wasn't sure how it would actually go down but i could only hope for the best.

Before even making it to the front door larray was already there to greet us.
" heyy besties!" larray says greeting us pulling us 3 into a tight group hug,
" come inn! get a drinkkk! " he says handing out drinks to each of us, " thank you, happy birthday!! " the 3 of us reply at the same time, larray smiles at us before he walks back into the crowd of people with nick and matt.

while my brothers start greeting people they know, deciding i didn't really want to talk much to anybody i decided to just stay back from the large crowds but obviously greeting anybody that i seen and i knew.

i decided to drink a few drinks to feel more comfortable in the crowds, while sipping my drink and dancing to stupid songs with matt i noticed this beautiful girl talking to larray.
i'd honestly never seen her before but wow, she was absolutely beautiful.

she probably had a boyfriend though so it was best to just not think about her. i noticed i was staring so i quickly turned my head away before she realised, only problem was that larray, matt and nick had realised my staring.

" chris, like what you see huh" nick walks over and asks with a laugh, "bro could you even stare anymore" matt joins in laughing.
" you should go talk to her or talk to larray, he noticed you staring" nick says once more after his small laughing fit.

my face goes red as i feel embarrassed from being caught, " shut up. no i'm not talking to her, she probably has a boyfriend anyway" i say shrugging my shoulders.
" just leave it. " i say walking to the kitchen going for another drink since i had just finished mine.

hearing footsteps follow behind me to the kitchen i decide to turn around to be faced with a overexcited and overdrunk larray.

" you been hella staring at my girl y/n? she's pretty huh? acting like we didn't notice you anywayyy, you should talk to her! she thinks you're hot.
you both would definitely get along! plusss she's a very much single lady " larray says with a wink.

" uhhh, i don't know i'm too awkward to talk to her." i reply shyly scratching the back of my neck.

y/n's pov

when i arrived to the party i was greeted from larray with a
" heyy girll" followed along by a quick hug and cheek kiss.
" here's a drink babe" he says handing me a cup as i take it.
" thank you, happy birthday!!"
i say to larray with a smile.
