BLACKPINK's Nina will be making her Hollywood debut as she will be playing Priscilla Presley in the upcoming Elvis movie starting Austin Butler as Elvis and Tom Hanks as Colonel Tom Parker. YG had this to say about the news " Hello this is YG entertainment. It is true BLACKPINK Nina has been offered to play the role of Priscilla Presley in the upcoming Elvis movie. As for her schedules with Blackpink we plan accordingly to make sure that Nina is able to participate in them as well as film for Elvis. "
It is said that Director Baz Luhrmann personally picked Nina after he saw a viral video of Nina acting in a scene from a drama on YouTube. He said that's when he knew he had found his Priscilla. He said he even went as far as to show it to Priscilla herself her also fell in love with her and agreed she would be perfect for the role.
