chapter 2

Alex Branders

It was Monday, and I had already been dreading this week
"Hello gorgeous." I knew that accent anywhere, I turned from my locker, meeting Louis' eyes, I smiled, closing the door. "Hello there, handsome." He grabbed my hand, pulling me closer, and planting a soft kiss on my lips. "Still on for Friday?" I nodded, "Oh yeah, definitely." He grinned, before swinging his arm around my neck, intertwining our fingers together. Walking to class, passing by Niall and his friends, earning a groan from the group. I smiled to myself as he grew annoyed.

Louis sat behind as Mia beside, class started, english.
I begun taping my leg of boredom, waiting for the lesson to be over, watching the clock. The teacher went on about some homework that was due the following week. Finally the clock chimed and it was lunch. Louis waited outside the hall, as i approached. "Hey, I was wondering if you would wanna study after school?" He swung his arm over my shoulder, waiting for an answer.
"Yes please." I responded, he chuckled walking me to the cafeteria. "I'll see you later then." He kissed my cheek before leaving me. I watched as he made his way to next period. I got my lunch and headed outside to study for next class, plugging in my headphones listening to music, drowning out every sound there is.

I looked up, meeting those ocean blue eyes of Niall. "Can i help you?" I asked, annoyed removing my earbud. His brows furrowed in response. "What's up with you and Louis?" I rolled my eyes. "We're going out. Why do you care so much?" He scoffed, "I don't."
I nodded, pressing my lips together, knowing he was lying. "Besides you're with someone else." I added, he cocked his head to the side, annlysing my movements.
"You jealous?" I chuckled, "In your dreams, maybe." I flipped through the pages in my book.
I could just feel his smirk, my eyes drifted to his hands, as he played with his fingers. The table grew silent, and it annoyed me. "Do you need something?"
He shook his head, watching me. "Take a picture, last longer." I stated, I flipped a page, trying hard to ignore the male. He clicked his tongue, before leaning into whisper. "No thanks, I like to live in the moment." Looking up through my lashes.

He spoke once again. "So where is he taking you?"
I laughed, looking up at him. Awe, how adorable thinking I would ever tell him. "So you can come by and ruin it?" My turn to lean in, "Nice try baby, I'm not telling you."
I used his pet name. Just then, his friends sat down. "So, what have we missed?" I sighed, grabbing my things before speaking. "Nothing." The blonde replied, "Later losers." I walked away going back inside.

HOURS LATER

"Damn, you're a pro at this." Louis complimented, going through my flashcards, "You will for sure pass." I chuckled, "Said you wanted to help." I laughed, softly. "I did, I know." He leaned in closely, keeping his hand balanced on the bed, kissing me softly. "There's another party friday.. Wanna go after our date?" I nodded, "Yeah, sure!" I smiled, my brows knitted. "Also, where are you taking me?" He leaned closer, before whispering in my ear, which created goosebumps down the back of my neck. "That my princess, is a surprise." My brows widened, at his words before I spoke again. "Should I worry?" I teased, which I earned a chuckle from him.
Making me smile, at his giggle.  He was so cute, I leaned in and met his lips, they were soft and went so well with mine. He tasted of cigarettes and spice. It fit him so perfectly. An hour or so passed, and I walked him to his car.

He pulled me in front of him as his back hit the car, hands on my waist, arms snaked around his neck. "Y'know, I can stay here with you.. So you're not alone." I kissed him once again, fingers toyed with his hair just a bit. "My parents would actually kill you." He clicked his tongue in disappointment. I pecked him once more, before pulling back out of his grasp. "I'll see you tomorrow." His arms slid down, upsetting. He got in his vehicle, and pulled out, watching him away.
After a few moments, I walked back inside the empty house, and went to bed. Parents won't be back til the next day, locking every single door and went to sleep.
