Cisco, Y/N, Caitlin and Kara all walked into S.T.A.R Labs that morning, each holding a slushie as Cisco ranted about something he had coming up. "And I really don't want to go." Cisco stated.

"He's your brother." Caitlin pressed.

"Not by choice." Cisco grumbled.

"Well, family is family, isn't it?" Kara asked.

"Yes, and, how bad can a birthday party be?" Caitlin asked.

"Um, my folks think Dante's stink don't stink." Cisco explained. "Doesn't matter how much he screws up or how many times he gets in trouble. In their eyes, he can do no wrong. And yet they never fail to remind me that I can do no right."

"What if we came with you?" Y/N offered, speaking for the first time all day.

"What? Seriously?"

"Absolutely. Me too. You've done so much for me. Let me be there for you for a change." Caitlin offered before grinning. "And I can look at old family photo albums and see what little Cisco looks like without long hair."

"I'm rescinding your invite." Cisco shook his head at his friends antics, as Y/N chuckled quietly before his smile fell, going back to his blank expression. They entered the cortex, where Barry and Joe had their next meta case, but Y/N, albeit a lot slower than normal, clocked that Barry was unnaturally quiet.

"Clyde Mardon has a brother?" Caitlin asked, looking at the police file.

"And both brothers survived the plane crash, and then the dark matter released from the particle accelerator explosion affects them both in-"

"-virtually the same way?" Barry finished his sentence.

"Yes, that's correct." Wells looked at Barry surprised, and there was a beat of silence.

"Except, Mark's not like Clyde at all. He can do things that you couldn't even imagine."

"You mean You mean he's sort of like a -"

"- Weather Wizard." Cisco and Barry both said, and Y/N raised an eyebrow, suspiciously.

"Yeah..." Cisco nodded, weirded out.

"So, Mark has powers over the atmosphere?" Kara asked, clearly confused.

"Yeah, only Mark's powers seem to be a lot more precise." Caitlin explained.  Cisco pointed at Caitlin in confirmation before he took a sip from his slushie and groaning, his eyes slamming shut.

"Trigeminal headache?" Caitlin and Barry asked. Y/N narrowed his eyes at Barry. Something was off.

"Mister Allen." Dr. Wells pulled Y/N back to reality with his words, as Barry looked to the paralyzed man. "A word, please."

"Yeah." Barry nodded and the two moved to the training room. Y/N took a breath, before turning his head slightly, and seeing a flash of red lightning barreling towards him, and his worst nightmare at the forefront.
