Akarsh's pov:
And with that she kept the call but I was super happy after getting off the phone with her. God!! This girl has made me crazy for her. I was lost in her thoughts and later proceeded to have my lunch. I was lost in her thoughts even after finishing my lunch, I was thinking about our not official date tonight, when suddenly Shivaay walked in from the door.
We had met after I came back from the airport but the conversation couldn't last long. So this was when we actually got to talk. We talked for almost 2 hours and I told him everything about Hazel. I told him everything, he already knew I liked her but he didn't know that it was still this strong. I told him about how I want her in m life and how I love her and the reaction on his face was a sight to see. He was like me but he had gone through a lot in his life and even after all of that he was still as lively as me. He knew Hazel really well. They were so-called friends and I was always jealous of him for that.
" Honestly Arsh I didn't think it would last this long, I thought you would like someone else and move on because you attract women wherever you go, but I guess you really do love her. Proud of you Bhai."He said and hearing it from him meant something to me.
" Thanks Shiv, I hope everything goes alright. I cannot leave her again. Its just not possible after she smiled at me. Shiv tumhe pata hai jab bhi woh mujhe dekh kar muskurathi hai toh mere dil me kuch aur hi hone lagta hain. Aise lagta hai ki uski muskaan kabhi jane na doon. Uske muskaan me jo sachayi hain woh iss duniya hone wali sari cheezo se bhi moolya rakhta hai." I said unable to hide my emotions.
{ Shiv do you know that whenever she looks at me and a smile escapes her lips, something happens in my heart. I get this protectiveness over her smile and I never want to let it leave her lips. I want her to always keep smiling like that. The genuineness in her smile beats anything else the world has to offer.}
" Tum fikr mat karo, sab teekh hi hoga." He said sensing the emotion hidden in my words. As he said that my phone pinged with a notification. I picked up the phone, and as soon as I saw the names on the notifications, one particular name caught my attention. It was her she had texted me. We had exchanged numbers through instagram and we called occasionally like today. A smile instantly ghosted my lips and I was pretty sure Shivaay noticed it. He immediately said
" I think I know who it is, What did she say." He said which immediately made my smile wider.
"She invited me to her home as she needed help with something, she asked me if was okay with me" I said conveying her message to him. He flashed a smile at my words and then it changed into a knowing grin. He didn't ask anything else as he knows I clearly would have said yes. It wasn't even a question, I would do anything for her.
I immediately looked at the time which showed almost 6 pm. She asked me to come at 8, I don't know the reason but I will not be late.I had to 2 hours to look good for my lady and I wouldn't be wasting it. I bid goodbye to shivaay and rushed towards my car. I don't have a driver as I prefer driving for myself, so I move to the drivers seat and start driving.
In less than 30 minutes I reached home and took a cold shower to ease my mind from any heat. I then went to my wardrobe and looked at my outfits, I had to look good because it was just her in the house, he rest of the family had gone to rajasthan for some reasons.
She stayed here as she couldn't leave her work. I chose a simple yet classic white shirt, unbuttoned the first few buttons to give a more casual look and paired it with blue jeans. I set my hair and went towards my car to head to her place.
I reached her place within 10 minutes as we lived close to each other. I knocked on the door and then later rang the bell. After a few minutes, the door opened and I saw Hazel standing in front of me, in a red cropped T- shirt that said disney on it and black shorts which tempted me a little too much. Her messy bun and outfit with a few strands hanging on her face made my breath clog in my throat as I couldn't help but hold my breath. She looked just wow.
" I think you've short circuited my brain." I said without thinking.
