The next day, I couldn't focus in any of my classes. I think my mind was hazy. I remember Akari talking to me about Thanksgiving break. But even that was a hazy moment untill she snapped her fingers in my face.

"Earth to Kioshi! Earth to Kioshi!"
Akari slapped the back of Kioshi's head after snapping aswell. Kioshi sometimes heard Akari's snaps like bombs, they were always super loud for some odd reason. And Kioshi was never a big fan of loud noises. So as expected, he hated it when she snapped her fingers. Which she did a lot.
"Sorry, what were you saying?"
Kioshi rubbed the back of his head after it got slapped. Akari sighed and smiled while ruffling his hair and slightly laughing. She couldn't stay mad at her best friend of six years.
"I was asking if your going to your boyfriends for Thanksgiving again this year."
Kioshi looked down at his maths book, which he didn't remember ever opening. But assumed he did at somepoint since his notes from Maths were right next to him on the desk.
He thought about Akari asked him and shrugged.
"I donno. I'd have to ask him if his family would like me to join them again."
Akari rolled her eyes at this statement
"Thats stupid. You've been his boyfriend for what, almost three years? Kousei's family shouldn't care if you guys have been happy for this long. Most middle school relationships don't last this long Kio."
Kioshi shrugged and started putting his book away.
"Well, if they don't, you can come join me and my dad!"
Akari exclaimed while quickly standing up and putting her hands on her hips, proud and mighty
Kioshi just chuckled at her
"If they don't, I don't think I'll leave the dorms for Thanksgiving break. And just order take out on actual Thanksgiving."
Akari lowered and dropped her arms
"Lame. You only ever leave for break during the summer."
"I-I do not! I leave... On the weekends and spring break!"
Akari raised an eyebrow at him.
"Yeah, for 2-3 hours on the weekends. And you only go on dates with Kousei when you do. And on spring break you come with me out into the city only for the café's there spring specialitys."
Kioshi stuttered a bit, trying to figure out a come back but ended up just saying shut up to her.
"Exactly...."
Akari looked at the side of her bed. And then grabbed a sticky note off the wall and handed it to Kioshi
"Here, forgot to give this to you when you came home"
Kioshi stared at the sticky note that was upside down in. He tired to read it upside down... But he could only really do that with French. Not so much Kanji. So he sat up and took the sticky.
"Some kid left it around 3."
"Hi Kioshi! Me and Kei return to Japan tomorrow! So we would like to have you join us for dinner at a restaurant! Please be at, *****, by 5:30!
-Yui (and Kei)
Kioshi looked at the clock on the desk.... 5:15..
...
"AKARI YOUR JUST GIVING THIS TO ME NOW! I'M SUPPOSED TO BE IN A TAXI BYE NOW! THEY WANT TO MEET AT 5:30 IT'S 5:15!"
Kioshi quickly stood up and started grabbing clothes out of his side of the closet they shared and started changing
"How would I know?! I can't read Japanese!"
"It's called Kanji!"
Akari just rolled her eyes
"Same thing!"
Kioshi looked in his sock drawer and grunted and took a pair of Akaris
"Hey! Those are-"
"Calm down your a bigger shoe size then me! Your a eight in women's, I'm a five in women's!"

Kioshi quickly got ready, he was there by 5:36. Which isn't bad I guess.
Yui piggy backed on Kioshi. While Kioshi stared at the restaurant.... Epicure.
"You guys picked a very.. Expensive place to eat..."
Kioshi thought about his wallet... Which had about 20 euros in it. He sighed and lowered his head.
"We didn't come by ourselves you know. We're not that dumb. Mitzuki came along with us."
Kioshi's eyes lit up when he heard this.
"Mitzuki has been here.. This whole time..."
Kei looked down at the floor and handed Kioshi a credit card.
Kioshi just took the card and they walked into the building. Kioshi had to help them read the menu, order, had to help Yui cut his food into small pieces. And they went on about things at home. Kioshi was forced to listen for a long time...
At the end of the night, Yui was stuffed, Kei stomach hurt from over eating. And Kioshi was broke.
Yui, Kei, and Kioshi all got in a taxi.
"I'll go up to your apartment with you both..."
Yui and Kei looked confused at this. Kei's eyes widened as she realized. Kioshi just wanted to see Mitzuki. Kei looked back down.
Yui still looked confused.
"Why? We'll be okay by ourselves!"
Yui claimed. Kioshi sighed and ruffled Yui's hair.
"It's different now.... It's night...bad people normally do bad things at night.."
"But you didn't-"
Kioshi glared at Yui again. And Yui quickly shut up
Once they got there and entered the hotel room. Kioshi started looking around. Kei watched him pace around.
"Mitzuki is in the next room over"
Kioshi looked over and down at the floor and left.
He walked to the next sorry over and knocked on the door.
Mitzuki answered. She looked at Kioshi for a moment. And then reached her pale beautiful hand to grab his face. She smiled.
"Kitty Kioshi... "
"Hello Miz... "
Kioshis smile was bright... Brightet then it had been in a while.
"Would you like to come in my kitten... "
Mitzuki offered. And Kioshi happily nodded and walked in.
Mitzuki shut the door and walked over and sat in a chair, sat on the floor next to her. Mitzuki started playing with his hair.
"Your hair is long... I always thought it would look wonderful if it was long... "
Mitzuki commented. Kioshis eyes dropped
