I opened the door to see Christian in a tux with a bouqet of roses. He look handsome as usual, but something seemed different.

"For me?" I laughed taking them.

"Of course," he smiled. "I even washed my hair for you."

"Wow, I must be pretty special," we laughed as I put them in a vase.

"Ready to go, beautiful?" He asked, holding out his hand.

I grinned as we walked to his car hand in hand.

"You really do look absolutely gorgeous," he gushed as he started the car.

"You don't look bad yourself, Akridge," I smirked.

He let out a small laugh as we started to the resturaunt.

Once we got there, I grasped onto Christian's hand and we walzed in together.

"Reservation for Akridge," Christian said to the nicely dressed lady.

"Yes, we have you down. Right this way please."

We followed the nice lady and reached our table. Christian, being the gentleman he is, pulled out my chair for me.

After we ordered, Christian and I talked for awhile. Then, our food came. I got crab legs and he got lobster.

"Hey, Frankie can I ask you something?" Christian questioned.

"Of course! What is it?"

He paused. "Uh, um, can you pass the butter?"

"Oh, yeah," I responded, feeling a little bit dissapointed.

We finished our meal and walked back to the car. By the look on Christian's face, something was defininely on his mind.

Once we got to my house, he walked me back up to my doorstep.

"That was lovely as usual, thank you Christian," I smiled and unlocked the door.

"Wait!" Christian yelled.

"Yes?"

"Will you be my girlfriend? I'm sorry if it's to quick but I ju-."

I grabbed his face and kissed him, cutting him off.

"Is that a yes?" Christian smiled.

"Definitely."

I quickly pecked his lips once more before I ran up the stairs with a smile plastered on my face.
