THE ALL CASTER_
The familiar feeling of raw magic washed over young Killian as he entered the wand shop and was startled by the sudden appearance of the shop's owner. Killian looked around as if seeing everything for the first time. The thing is, he really was seeing everything for the first. That "everything" was the magic that floated around in the air. The iridescent hue of sparkling mist did nothing to help his curious mind as he wondered how he was able to see such a thing. Being able to see the magical aura of anything magical was a task in itself as it took immense power to do so but then he remembered who his mother was.
Hecate more formally known as Lady Magic was the goddess of magic and the moon. He remembered a tale of her from his former friend turned foe Hermione that said one of Hecate's abilities was that not only could she create any form of magic but she could also see the exact arua of the magic to determine whether or not the magic was good or bad. But, is there really such a thing as good and bad magic?
Killian believed that magic was just that. Magic. Charms and spell they've come to learn as light spells could be used easily enough to inflict pain among others. Something as simple as a levitation spell, if applied with just a certain amount of power, could easily slit someone's throat open. It all depends on the caster of the spell.
Killian walked up to the front desk and greeted the blind man who smiled at him.
"Hello, Mr. Morningstar. I was wondering when you would be back. However, I unfortunately can't make your wand for you because in truth, you don't need a wand. There are very rare cases of wizards who don't need a wand simply because they are much too powerful and the wand would be too weak to harness your magic. You, are not just any wizard, you are powerful beyond anyone's belief. What you need is a Cortaire. It is a ring made of the most magical and powerful materials but I don't possess those materials. However, my friend in Knockturn Alley has them and he would be the perfect person make it for you."
Killian was stunned to say the least. He knew that it wasn't overexaggerated because the man's seer abilities. Olivander wrote down the name of the store and handed the paper to Killian who thanked him before heading on his way. He had only took a few steps outside of the store he crashed into someone and almost and fell as the person felt as though he hit a brick wall.
Quickly regaining his balance he let out a breath and looked up at the wall of a person. To his surprise, it was none other than Draco Malfoy, the infamous blonde-haired Slytherin from his year at Hogwarts.
Draco, with his signature smirk firmly planted on his face, looked down at Killian with curiosity. He had never seen this boy before, and he couldn't help but notice the odd sensation in his chest. It was like a pull, a magnetic force that drew him towards the boy in front of him.
Before either of them could say a word, Lucious Malfoy, Draco's father, walked back over to check on his. He too was also wondering who the beautiful blonde boy in front of his son was and asked if they were alright. Draco nodded, still unable to take his eyes off of Killian.
Killian, on the other hand, was feeling a mix of confusion and awe. He couldn't believe that he had just crashed into Draco Malfoy of all people. The one person who despised the very ground he walked on.
As they both stood there, silently sizing each other up, Killian felt a strange sensation in his heart. It was like a spark, igniting a flame within him. He realized with a start what the feel meant as his memories of the specific topic suddenly plagued his mind. The feeling of finding his Mate.
