The trainees and directors looked at Jisung, all wondering why he said that suddenly. Jeno was trying to question things.
Actually Jisung was known for being reserved and really focused and passionate about what he does. Always prioritizing it, sometimes over his older friends. Perceived by many as rude or mature.
Jisung felt that panic overwhelmed him and he realized everyone misunderstood what he wanted to say and he didn't think about how to say things.
"I- I mean... I won't accept that under that conditions...", Jisung stuttered, rubbing his neck. "We are four and the girls are six..."
SM Rookies, the future NCT, were relieved. Mark filling the room with his special, contagious laughter.
"Yes but they're SM Rookies, they don't need more members to be able to win over us.", Jin Lui interrumped, trying to intimidate Jisung even more.
"I think things need to be fair. So we're going to add up two trainees named Renjun and Chenle, both from China. Donghyuck and Mark will help you out also.", the director said.
"Well... That doesn't make things any better. Then add us any SM Rookies' trainees at least to have equal skills.", Minjeon protested.
The staff looked at each other, seeing as the two groups started to argue.
"Then we're adding Lami and Hina, both SM Rookies.", Hyemin's eyes lit up, as they were really close.
Donghyuck started to fight with Jin Lui, the girl saying that Donghyuck and his group was overreacting and the boy argumented that Jin Lui is so mean and selfish.
Renjun, a close friend of Donghyuck, got in the middle of the situation, defending his friend.
"Stop attacking Donghyuck. That way you won't debut.", Renjun warned defensively, directing to Jin Lui in Chinese as he could perceive her accent.
"Stop interfering on matters that don't concern you.", Jin Lui rolled her eyes and Sera tried to calm her down.
"Enough! Both have eight members, variety of nationalities and both have SM rookies. Happy?, the director scolded the teenagers.
