Chapter 17

Xavier's P.O.V

When I woke up I saw my beautiful mate. When you look at her it is hard to stop she is memorizing, she is perfect, no one could get better than her. As he eyes fluttered open I was memorized by them to everything about her is memorizing. As she gully woke up and sat up I said "I'll go make us some breakfast." The thing was we had no food.

Jessica's P.O.V

As Xavier went down to get breakfast he came back pretty quick so I was confused so I said " That was quick" and he said "I have to go to the store, want to come" I said "I'm gonna stay here I'll be fine I promise", he got up got dressed gave me and my baby bump a kiss, and left. So I looked down and said " Just me and you now huh" as I was about to get up I heard noises down stairs. I froze maybe it was one of Xavier's guy friends, so I shrugged it off but then I heard dreams and I froze again maybe we are under attack. I looked out my door and a guy with blonde hair, red eyes, and an amazing smell was outside my door, I looked at him and all I saw was a knife in his hand, as he looked at me then my baby I slammed the door locked it. Then went in the bathroom and locked that, I was terrified out of my mind, so I called Xavier he didn't answer so I kept calling and final he picked up but it wasn't his voice I heard Xavier in the background in pain, then the guy said "We're coming for your baby" then hung up. I was beyond terrified I broke down in tears while holding my baby, as I heard the door break I silenced myself and found a pair of scissors on the bathroom counter for protection as the guy looked around the room I could here is footsteps edging closer and closer to the bathroom, final he was close enough where I could hear his breathing, his heart beating, I could hear everything. Then he knocked door the bathroom door grabbed me and took me downstairs where my friends were half alive or completely dead, he set me on the couch. Then I looked and I saw that skank that was missing Xavier that I punched. She was a vampire like the rest, she looked at me an aevil grin came across and then said "kill the baby" I looked at my stomach and the guy I saw with scissors came close to me and then closed his eyes and said to her "Im not a killer" so she grabbed the scissors and stabbed him I started crying he just saved my life. Then she said "Take her with us" then they put a bag on top of my head and led me to a black van.

Xavier's P.O.V.

As I left to tell her I was getting groceries when really I was grabbing an engagement ring for her, I felt like I shouldn't leave but got in my car and left. When I got to park someone grabbed me out of my car and stabbed me in the stomach twice and put me in a black van, as I looked around they were vampires you could tell them filthy blooded suckers, then I thought of Jessica my beautiful mate and baby. As I snapped out of it my phone rang a couple times and it was Jessica, the guy answer it and said "We are coming for your baby" and hung up as I hit him he stabbed me again and then he dragged me out and hit me a couple of times then took me to this black abandon building as I looked around the skanked that kissed me was there and locked me up and hooked me with chains as I got settled, I looked over and there was my beautiful mate and her stabbed stomach right then and there I bawled my eyes and heart out til I couldn't cry anymore. I looked at her and said "Baby look at me" when she did she had a beaten up lip, a couple scratches, a bruised face, and a hand on her belly where our baby was. She looked at me and said " OUR BABY" "OUR BABY" and then looked back down and sobbed some more and so did I my mate and my baby were over there bleeding, bawling and dieing, as I looked at the chains I ripped them off the wall and crawled over to her and said "I'm right here" and grabbed her and ran out of there til we got home and cried with her the whole night and morning til I couldn't no more.
