unfortunately, and it is with a very heavy heart, that I announce I will no longer be continuing this fic. I started this fic in 2017 (I was in 7th grade at the time!!), at the height of my gackt phase, and continued it until this year (and I'm a sophomore in college now).
the last 7 years of writing this fic have been wonderful, and I'm so grateful to have so many people read my work. the truth is, I'm just no longer interested in continuing this fic (and fell out of my gackt phase), but I will NOT be abandoning the characters and I will still be writing.
I would love to tell everyone what was going to happen at the end though (a finale reminiscent of as told by ginger). it wouldn't be fair for me to just stop continuing the fic without telling you all what would have happened if I were to continue it:
- May goes to the dance with Gackt (Chapter 12)
- May goes back to Michigan with the family for a visit (Chapter 13)
-May goes back to Japan and is fully adjusted (Chapter 14)
-The White-Camui family lives happily ever after/Jasper gets married! (Chapter 15)
-May and Kimi are married and live a great life together (Epilogue)
I also just want to thank everyone who had read, voted, and commented on this fanfic, and helping make it what it is today. you all helped me grow more confidence as a writer, and I wish you all the best. thank you all for the best 7 years of my life.
