You had been watching Kwite's stream for about an hour now, he had gone from watching TADC to watching Kratos kill gods, he repeated something he read from chat (a rare shout out unless you chat a lot) "This new episode of TADC goes hard, oh yeah, I forgot to change the stream name, my bad. Eh, I'll do it later."
"Real" I thought, letting out a laugh, not really a laugh, more like a breath of air.
Suddenly Kwite pauses the video and says "Alright chat, I need to take a piss, I will be right back." And then got up and left.
Chat went silent, probably ran an ad break, too bad I didn't get one. I look around my room, now bored and hear a door shut from down the stairs. "Probably my mom... Hope she has food" I didn't hear any footsteps after but I did hear a door shut on the other end of the stream. "Looks like Kwite closed the door a little too loud. Wonder if I could hear anything else if I listen close enough." I listen very closely, only to hear a ringing in my ear, how annoying...
Finally, I hear footsteps going up the stairs. "Why did she take so long to get up the stairs?"
"I wonder why." Kwite says, perfect timing. "I know, right!" I think, moving my lips as if I'm saying it.
"Yeah." Kwite says and then stares at the camera. it gets kinda awkward so I decided to read chat, only to realize there is no chat, it's just Kwite and my reflection on the screen. "Awkward, guess the ad break hasn't ended for everyone else..."
"Yeah, hopefully it ends soon." Kwite laughed. Wait, he shouldn't be responding, how is he? Chat isn't back yet so... "Maybe he's talking to someone on his end" I say out loud.
"Oh yeah, definitely." He says, almost instantly. He was still staring into the camera, now that I take a closer look, he lost his eyes, it was just glasses. "Hmmm, maybe he lost eye tracking. Is that even how it works?" I started thinking about it, only to hear "No, it's probably just a glitch."
I freeze, "is he actually talking to me? But I'm not talking..."
"Don't worry about it man" the screen had turned almost grayscale after he spoke and his vtuber model froze.
Suddenly, chat came back. There was a lot of 'you didn't give us an ad break!' and 'you took so long!'. But chat hadn't been there? They did get an ad break, didn't they? Usually there was still some people talking when Kwite leaves, maybe I just need sleep.
I hear three knocks at my door... "Can you open the door?" Kwite says from my phone, my breath stops and I hear three more knocks. "Open the door Nayme." I feel lightheaded, then three more knocks, heavier this time. "I said open the door!" Kwite shouts, I can't move, then all of it stops. Kwite starts laughing "Real, so real man honestly, I would too." What was he talking about? And when did he start playing Cult Of The Lamb? I really need some sleep, I think I'm hallucinating.
"You guys want to see something cool? I just found the little animation of me as a monster knocking on doors and screaming, I like the monster design," Kwite then starts clicking around and minimizes the game and clicks on a yt tab.
"You guys have to see this." He plays the clip, and it starts out with a staircase, you can see him at the bottom of it and he starts ascending slowly. When he gets to the top, you can fully see him, he has a tv as a head with Springtrap's ears sticking out of it and his normal vtuber body except for the green and black claws and mouth on his stomach. He then goes down a hallway "that looks like my hallway." The monster moves over to the door and knocks three times "can you open the door?" I hear it say, through the screen and in real life, I panic as the door opens and I can see the monster "Open the door." I scream and pick up a water bottle from my bed, throwing it at the thing. "Open the door Nayme!" It shouts and rushes towards me, somehow taking the life out of me just by being near me.
The last thing I hear is Kwite "Well, that's the end of this stream, make sure you check out-..." And then silence.
