Chapter 3

I lift my eyelids, exposing the bright sunlight entering the room. There is a strange beeping sound coming from the room in front of me. It annoys me a lot, I wish I could just barge into her room and try to turn it off.
Unfortunately, I can't do that that would be too rude.
I'm not trying to give a bad impression of myself on the first day.

Suddenly, a tall figure kicked the door open (almost too much that it could break) The girl had wavy blonde hair and green eyes (like an emerald). "Wake up sleepy girl!" Keshia said stealing my blanket in the process of trying to wake me up. Why do I have to wake up so early?! I didn't complain though, I was already awake anyway. Mostly because of the alarm coming from her room.

Keshia walked her way down the stairs in a sophisticated manner. I made my bed and headed to the kitchen.
"Good morning girls!" Uncle Alexander shouted, loud enough for our neighbors to hear.
I sat down beside Keshia and ate the scrambled egg.
"How is school like Keshia?" I randomly questioned her. "Well to be honest, it's not my favorite place to be in, but you learn things there, oh and you can meet
new people and be friends with them"

I slowly approached the school gates, my hands fidgeting with my jumper, and sweat dripping down my face. I am very hesitant. Should i go in?
I was told to go to room 11C which was supposed to be in the 3rd building, 2nd floor. It felt like a cardio workout as the school is very big, with four different
Dorm buildings and 3 campuses and another building for the music rooms, basketball court, football field,
School staff rooms, and a lunch room. And my class really had to be in the 3rd building, the farthest actually. I am finally in front of the door, but I don't want to go in. I took the door handle and opened the door, many heads turned to see me.

"Uy may bagong estyudante pre!" One of the boys called out *translation: "hey, there is a new student dude!"

I don't understand what he meant by that but sure!
A girl approached me, she had a very sharp nose and long, shiny, red hair "Hi my name is Breanna, what's yours?" She asked all smiley "It's Zenia nice to meet you"I replied trying to give the same amount of kindness i received.
