9 - agony

Back on the ship...

_____Nami's POV

"Okay, and-h-huh? Why is it, not zipping up?"
I whine, struggling to zip up my dress in the back.

Hearing Luffy snicker in the back, I growl in irritation.

"If you're gonna laugh. Might as well help me!"
I angrily said, my hand balling into a shaking fist.

"Okay, okay, I'll help you."
He replied, getting off my bed.

Standing in front of the mirror, I watch him as he comes close to me. And I move my hair over my shoulder.

Zipping it up, he suddenly came closer to my neck, kissing it softly.

"You look so pretty, Nami."
He complimented, kissing my neck again.

My heart started to beat rapidly and I felt my body get hot.

"L-Later, Luffy, we're going to a party right now."
I reminded him, pushing him away, making him pout.

"I know but I don't think I can wait any longer."
Luffy said, staring into my eyes.

"Party."
I simply said, darting my eyes to the suit, he was wearing.

"And you look better without the t-tie."
I stutter, undoing the his tie and throwing it to his bed.

"Now, come on, okay?"

He nods with a grin, letting me drag him out of the room to meet with the crew.

Walking out, the whole crew stares at us with happy expressions, all dressed in formal clothing.

I noticed Robin's arm around Zoro arm and I smirked, making me her blush madly and turn away.

"Okay! Let's go to the party, guys!"
I shouted, my hands in the air.

"Yeah!!"
They all said in unison.

Walking to the party, it in a huge, white building, I feel a little excited to see it.

There were guards outside of the door.
Seeing us, they backed away to the sides, opening the doors and letting us in.

Looking in, I was right.
It was huge.

There were a bunch of people, most were probably citizens.

"Hello, there, welcome to the party."
A middle aged man suddenly came up to us.

"You must be Richard, the mayor."
Robin said.

He nodded.
I noticed a girl behind him and he backed out of the way to show us who it is.

Lissy

She was wearing a white dress that went to her knees, white heels, pearl necklace, and pearl earrings. The middle of dress open, showing her cleavage.

"Oh my god! Luffy! You're here at the party too?!"

"Oh hi Lissy, didn't know you were gonna come to this party too!"
Luffy replied with a grin.

My eyebrows knitted together as I felt one of my eye start to twitch.
What the hell was she doing here?

"Of course silly! It's my birthday!"

My eyes widened and so did Luffy's.

"Wow, that is even cooler! You're the mayor's daughter?!"
Luffy shouted.

She nodded, giggling.

"Oh! This must be your crew, hello, I'm Lissy!"
She happily exclaimed.

They all greeted her with soft smiles.
