Slime and Etoiles get paired for a project a extension and continuation of the drabble from @/unpopular_ships ! On ao3:D

Etoiles was sitting in the classroom apparently they had some random project for Biology and the teacher was deciding the teams Etoiles usually went with Baghera but the teacher had the great idea to do the teams "Baghera and Jaiden" 'ok so his chance with being with baghera is now over maybe Roier' though Etoiles "Roier and Cellbit" 'maybe Pac' "Fit and.. Pac" 'OK' "Etoiles and Charlie" 'Ok universe hates him' 

They were being paired together for a group project.

Étoiles didn't know if he was blessed or cursed to be paired up with Slime, the man he has been crushing on since he had seen him across the classroom, He never had the guts to interact with him everytime he even tried he just zoned out and it was very awkward, "Okay then, go to your partners and plan out what you'll do!" The teacher said before sitting on her desk.

Slime came over to him and started discussing the project. His words went in one ear and out the other, 'He'd never seen Slime this close to him before. He could tell his eye color from this close, it was dark blue he thinks his his lips where light pink and he had a ear piercing', Étoiles flushed but Slime being Slime he didn't notice.

He was oh so royally fucked. "Hey Etoiles? Etoiles??? Earth to Etoiles" Slime said snapping his fingers in front of him Étoiles noticed 'Slime also had black nails one with a little ghost on it' He thought "ETOILESSSSS!!!" Slime shouted his name Étoiles snapped out of his thoughts "W- Y-yes??" Étoiles stuttered "Did you hear me??" "No?...." Charlie said crossing his arms in disbelief "Well, I'll have to explain it to you tomorrow or wait- can I have you number? Y'know to text you the thing for the project" Said Charlie getting his phone out "Okay" Etoiles passed his phone number to Charlie.

- 🔔😀 (The bell rang lmao teim to go home)

Étoiles heard the bell ring got up and saw Charlie running out of the door presumably with Ted and Schlatt or Wilbur, He looked at his phone Charlie's phone number was on the screen Étoiles blushed crimson red he has Charlie's number 'Oh mon putain de Dieu' (Oh my fucking god) Etoiles couldn't believe it he had his number Charlie's number his crush.

Etoiles grabbed his backpack and went out the door, He was walking calmly down the hallway when he was ambushed by Slime who kinda hugged him from behind Étoiles just blushed "Heyy dude! so I'll text you the project later maybe you can come to my house tomorrow and do the project!!" He said walking backwards while Étoiles was walking forwards "Y-yeah sure man!" Said Etoiles smiling blushing slightly "Okay then! Bye!" Slime turned around Etoiles cried internally he is talking to his crush and he thought he would never talk to Slime. When Etoiles got home he heard his phone buzz  a few times when he opened his phone he saw Slime texted him 

Slime :)

Slime: Heyyy Etoiles

Slime: 😄

Slime: So we have to make like a weird animal insides model or something like that idk

Slime: Etoiles don't leave me on read 

Slime: pls

          Sorry man yeah I guess we make it in

Slime : yes my house after school bring glue and paint :D see you tomorrow 

Étoiles looked at his phone one last time before putting it on the table now he had to go look for Glue and Paint for the project which he really didn't want to make but it was time with Slime so it was worth it.

-next day why-

Étoiles got up from bed, took a bath and got ready for school he didn't really eat breakfast he only ate at lunch when he was hungry, He said goodbye to his parents and left off to school he also didn't want to go to school but he had to make a project with Slime so he didn't have an option he would've preferred to just go to Slimes house and don't do the project but his biology grades needed to to up.

When Etoiles reached the classroom he saw Slime and Mariana talking about something Slime had Marianas hands in his Mariana looking sad and Slime looking kinda guilty he shrugged it off and went inside the classroom which already looked like a mess he sat on his desk and waited for the class to start. 

The teacher was explaining something but Étoiles never really put attention to Math he found it boring but he really liked History and PE he thought wars were exiting and PE just kept him entertained when he looked he looked at Slime he sitting taking notes unlike him who didn't even had his book out Slime just invaded his thoughts he really like his Blue-Green eyes, His chestnut hair and his glasses that fell off of his face when looking down. He was quickly interupted by a "PSSST" and a touch on the shoulder he looked at who had touched him by the shoulder and it was Quackity "Yo Etoiles" whispered Quackity "Hey man what's up?" Etoiles whispered too "So you like Slime don't you, I know you do see how Mariana looks at Charlie did you know he has a crush on Charlie?" Quackity whispered looking at Mariana "Yeah I didn't know that- wait how did you know I had a crush on him-" Etoiles whispered Yelled "I have my ways, yeah but Slime told me Mariana confessed to him but he declined he told me he liked someone else so you have a chance and he doesn't talk to anyone else but me and Wilbur but y'know he doesn't like us" Quackity looked at Etoiles and Smiled and Étoiles just turned around and slightly blushed maybe he had a chance with Slime.
