...no feelings?

(Y/n) entered the dining hall a few minutes later while Yuji, Nobara and Megumi were already waiting for her. "Good morning Mrs. (y/n)!" Yuji greeted her enthusiastically as always while Nobara and Megumi chatted.

"Morning Yuji" she replied with a slightly sleepy voice as she walked towards the table where her students were having breakfast, joining them. She listened to the lively conversations of the trio as the annual summer festival was approaching. The school and the students were busy preparing for various games, performances, and food stalls for the festival. However the highlight every year was the incomparably beautiful fireworks that ceremoniously concluded the summer festival in the evening.

Lost in thought, (y/n) didn't notice that she had been addressed several times. "Hm?" she startled.

Nobara looked at her briefly but continued with her question "Who are you going to the fireworks with (y/n)?"

"With whom I'm going to the fireworks? Do I have to go with someone? Can't I just go alone?" her thoughts circled.

"Well... I haven't thought about it. I didn't know you had to go with someone" (y/n) unsatisfactorily answered Nobara's question.

"You don't have to of course," Megumi clarified.
"It's a silly tradition that some still hold on to" he added while glancing at Nobara. She quickly dismissed Megumi's statement with a "He's never enthusiastic about anything anyway" and continued with her list of potential partners.

(Y/n) smiled at Yuji, "And who are you going with Yuji?"

"Me?" he asked surprised as if he didn't expect anyone to be interested. "I'm going with Todo! I know it's an unusual choice but he's like a brother to me, someone I admire a lot, and a reliable partner in battles" he said with sparkling eyes.

In her thoughts (y/n) couldn't help but smirk, "Yuji probably didn't have any other choice, considering how obsessed Todo is with him."

"I understand... so it doesn't always have to be a romantic partner but can also be a friend who is very important to you, right?" (y/n) made sure and Nobara nodded in agreement.

"So (y/n)... who are you going with now?" Nobara asked again, this time with an expectant look as there was only one right answer for her.

"I guess with no on-"

"She's going with me" a confident voice interrupted her from behind. Before she could turn around to see who it was, an arm reached over her shoulder to place a cup in front of her on the table. A cup of green tea.

"Any objections?" Gojo asked calmly, leaning over her from behind to place the cup on the table, his face at the same height as hers. So close that his warm breath brushed against her neck. Before he straightened back up to sit next to Yuji, opposite (y/n).

Nobara and Megumi exchanged a smirking glance and nodded slightly before both stood up at the same time. Nobara hastily giggled, "We're going down to the square to start setting up a few stalls for the festival!"

"Huh?! but we haven't finished breakfast yet!" Yuji exclaimed in surprise, while Megumi had already grabbed him by the collar and wordlessly dragged him along.

Gojo and (y/n) watched them leave until they had left the hall. Her gaze lingered on them a bit longer while Gojo's eyes were already back on (y/n).

A soft sigh escaped his lips as he rested his head on his hand, "So are we pretending nothing happened the day before yesterday, huh?" he asked somewhat more seriously, looking at her with his blue eyes.

While (y/n) didn't dare to lift her gaze even an inch, this question flooded her mind with memories of that particular night.

Only soft, pleasurable voices filling a dark room. The sensation of wet hands gliding over her skin. His weight on her body and the feeling of not being able to breathe in the midst of ecstasy.

She shook her head in embarrassment whispering, "It's not that Gojo... It just shouldn't have happened. I shouldn't have allowed myself to get so weak for you..." she said as her face turned more and more into a shade of pink, still trying to avoid eye contact. But then she couldn't help but wonder what expression he was making. (Y/n) looked up only to see a greedy smile on his lips. She immediately lowered her gaze again, which amused Gojo even more.

"And why not?" he said as he placed his hand, which was supporting his face, on the table to lower his head and look into her eyes.

"Because it's unprofessional," she muttered to herself.

"That sounds like an excuse to me..." Gojo replied, continuing to pierce her with his blue eyes. He slowly leaned over the table for a better view of her or to draw out any reaction from her but (y/n) did not respond to any of his looks or attempts.

"He's right... these are all excuses. Since I accepted my trainee teaching position under Gojos guidance at this school three months ago, I've been fascinated by Gojo and his manner. How he talks, how he walks, how he fights, how he looks at me with his pretty blue eyes... his appearance, everything about him is so breathtankingly attractive. This feeling from his appealing nature makes something inside me tremble. It makes me wanne get to know more and more about him, discovering every part of him. I wouldn't say I'm in love with him... or am I? But whatever it is, there's a small flame, one that shouldn't be fueled with oil. It's better for me, for Gojo and especially for our students and the school if the relationship between us remains professional. Besides... even if I were to fall for him he would never reciprocate these feelings for me. I guess Gojo is not a man who likes to commit to relationships... quite the opposite."

(Y/n) was pulled out of her thoughts when Gojo lightly tapped the tip of her nose with his fingertip and asked if anyone was still there, as she hadn't answered for so long.

A sigh escaped him through his smiling lips, "I have a suggestion for you, (y/n). What do you think about continuing our little secret and if you ever feel like you don't want it anymore you can always end it. I mean, you can't deny that you didn't enjoy it, can you?" he whispered the last sentence, lifting her chin with two of his fingers to give her no chance to look away.

Gojo continued slightly greedy, "I mean... as long as there are no feelings involved and we both have a bit of fun together, there's nothing wrong with it, right (y/n)?"

".....no feelings?"
