Soviet and Reich knew eachother when they were yonger but WW1 separated them. They had a promise which was that they always be with eachother.
So after WW2 he wants Reich to keep it and basically forces him to stay with him because he takes East away.
Reich isn't happy about it and tells USA.
USA is the step-father of Soviet.
This was the beginn of Cold War.
But actually it is just an argument between father and son.
Facts about:
Non of the 'children' are actually born by the parents -only if I say so.
That means they have only one parent most of the time, sometimes a second step-parent but no blood family.
'Children' with two parents are Alaska, New Zealand, Australia.
The others are given to the countryhumans.
The countryhumans aren't there Leaders they need to follow there orders but they have there own though about it. That's why Reich is still alive and Soviet will also live after Cold War.
