"I'll be over in two hours" I said to Taehyung as he nodded before i ger out of his car. He then drove his car to the house nearby me and park in the parking lot.
I entered my house and went straight to my room for some freshen up and changing, because I need to meet Taehyung's mother this evening. As soon as I get in my room, I walk over to the the bathroom and take a shower. After finished with the shower, I dry my body with a towel and now it's the time to figure out what to wear. I didn't know what kind of person Taehyung's mother was and frankly, I didn't want screw it up for him.
After ten minutes more indecision, I finally settled on a simple dress. It was a mere casual dress that was lime gree., patterned with a few flowers. I just do a light make up on my face and didn't do anything to my hair and just let it free. I let it hung loose in it's natural curl, slipping on a black slipper and went downstairs.
As I reach downstairs I heard the voice from the kitchen, well my step mother must had started to cook something for dinner. So I decided to walk toward the kitchen where she was, to inform her about me not be able to have dinner this evening, since I have to meet with Taehyung's mother.
"Hey auntie!" As soon as she heard me, she look around and smile. "Oh hey, do you need anything?" She asked with a warm smile.
"Ah no, I am here to inform you that. Tonight I must have not eating dinner. I'm actually going over the next door to have dinner with the Kim's, Mrs. Kim asked me over" I said as she nods and always smile at me.
"Sure, of course. If your father ask for you, I will tell him about that. Don't worry"
"Thank you then" I replied smiling back at her. I was about to walk away toward the entrance when she cut me off.
"Hold on, Jisoo"
"Yeah?" I turn back in confusion and watching her walking over to the kitchen counter as she took up the two chocolate cakes that was placed there. It was covered with chocolate icing and it looks lovely. She placed the cake in a white cake box. Before returning back to me and handed me the box of those cake.
"Since you are going over to meet Mrs. Kim, I think it would be nice if you brought one of these. She would be grateful"
I took the cake from her astound by her kindness. "Okay thanks again, Auntie" I thanked her for a second.
"No problem, you should go now. They must be waiting for you. Have a great time, okay?" I nodded and held the cake in my hand.
When I was in my front yard, I stopped on my tracks as my heart started to beat fast. I heaved out a deep breath. 'okay, Jisoo. You can do this. I reminded to myself, giving myself a positive thought. How hard can it be anyway? Hope fully, she is nice and I can make it through the evening. And hoping that I won't embarrass myself.
Heaving out about her breath, I pulled myself together and heading toward Taehyung's house . When I reach on front of his gate house, I ring the door bell. After about a few seconds later, I heard a footsteps come toward the gate as I stood and waited, shifting from one foot to the next one in nervous.
Finally, the gate open revealing a middle age woman. I've always seen her a few times from my house, but it was the first time I'm seeing her up close. She had brown eyes just like Taehyung. However, her hair was dark. She looks really young and pretty.
