When Lisa wakes several hours later, it's to something soft pressing against her face and almost suffocating her. She squints her eyes before opening them when she realises she has a mouth full of fur and a sleeping cat using her face as a bed.

Carefully turning her head away from the furry body, she picks out any loose hairs that remained.

"Hi, Leo," she murmurs in a sleepy voice as she gently moves Leo onto the mattress.

Lisa stretches her legs out lazily before a gentle tug in her mind reminds her that when she had fallen asleep, she was not alone. It takes one brief look to her side to confirm that Jennie was no longer there. She considers that she may be in the bathroom or elsewhere in the house but Lisa assumes she was long gone, and rightfully so, for when Lisa checks her phone, there's a message from the girl who left without a word.

jen- sorry, I had to leave. message me when you're awake?

Lisa locks her phone and throws it aside for the bedsheets to claim, where Jennie's smell still lingered. Deciding that she would attend to Jennie later, Lisa heads into the bathroom to wash away the memories from several hours prior.

When she returns to her room, freshly showered with a pang of hunger in her belly, she grabs her phone and heads downstairs. After shooting a quick message to Jennie, letting her know she was awake, her mother's presence surprises her.

"Hungry, Lisa?"

"Mum?" She sets her phone down and takes a seat at the four-seater dining table. "Starving actually. I didn't realise you were here."

"I just got in. Where have you been?"

"Just sleeping."

"That's all you've done today?"

Lisa shrugs. "I showered too." She grabs a slice of toast before her mum barely has a chance to set the plate down in front of her.

"Something to keep you going until dinner," her mum says and ruffles her hair playfully.

Lisa scrunches her face. "What is for dinner?"

"It's your night to cook, remember?"

Lisa groans as she's hit with that reminder, then she pauses to think. "We can order in."

"Lisa," her mum scolds. "You only have to cook twice a week and this is the second Saturday in a row that you've substituted your duties with takeout!"

"Saturday night should be takeout night," Lisa argues playfully,

"Friday night is takeout night," her mum reminds.

"Really? We didn't get it last night."

"That's because you were out with Bambam. What is with your memory lately?"

"Nothing," Lisa quickly says. "I just forgot, but I remember now."

"Do anything fun?"

"What?"

"With Bambam."

"Oh, no... Not really. We just watched a couple of movies at his place."

"What movies?" Lisa's phone buzzes on the table.

hey, guess what I just got?

Lisa reads the message and grins, mentally noting her shoes that are upstairs and her coat that's on the couch.

your house? Lisa messages back, scraping her chair against the floor as she prepared to leave the table.

"Lisa?" Her mum calls, drawing her attention back.
