She is a human and has grown up on planet earth with her childhood best friend Gary Goodspeed.
Later in her young adult life she takes an opportunity to go into space.
But unfortunately for her, she ends up...

Gary's pov:
The thought of Avocato came back in my mind, hitting me hard. Which was a bit weird since yesterday wasn't that bad. But today was different, for some reason. And it made me want to make him a video. I knew he was dead and wouldn't be able to see it, but still I wanted to do it. Talk to him one last time.
I got my camera and went to one of the sofas by the window and pressed record.
"Avocato. It's been three days since you died. I have to say I'm, I'm struggling here, man. You said to look after your boy, and I can barely look after myself. I really think you picked the wrong gut. Granted, there wasn't a big pool to pick from, but... I guess what I'm trying to say is... I miss you, friend. What do you think I should do? I mean, I-I need a sign, man. You know, maybe rattle some glasses if I should give him some space or flicker the lights. You know, just a little flicker if I should try harder? Any ghost related stuff at all would be great." I pause for a moment hoping something might happen. "Or nothing. Nothing works too" I say before cutting the camera and throwing it into the couch as I lean back and just look up through the window on the ceiling for a while.
Y/n's pov:
I'm sitting in the dining hall with Quinn talking about how we can close the breach when Gary comes running through the door straight for the cookie dispenser. "What are you doing?" I ask.
"As of two minutes ago, I'm officially a free man, Y/n!! That means I can have as meany of these delicious round cookie's as I want!" Gary answers before starting to shove cookie's into his mouth.
"Yes!! Oh I'm free! All these long years, and these freedom cookies are mine!" he says happily throwing one cookie after the other into his mouth.
Quinn and I share a look before we hear the opening to one of the vents fall to the ground making a loud sound. Quinn gets up and walk closer to get a look, before looking at Gary saying: "Gary, you should talk to Little Cato"
He agrees and proceeds to climb into the vent. "Not to be rude or anything. But you sure Gary is the best guy to cheer up Little Cato?" I ask. "Not really, but let's give him a chance" Quinn says.
We then walk into the control room to see if we can get some more information on the breach from HUE.
After some calculations from the AI, HUE finally answers: "Y/n, Quinn, only 48 hours till the breach consumes Earth. Until we fix the ship, we cannot engage our light fold engines, and you have a more immediate problem"
A hologram then appears in the middle of the table. "Oh no" I say looking at the image of Gary, Little Cato, Mooncake and KVN. "HUE, what is he doing?" Quinn asks. "I can only hypothesize, but I think they are going to pick a fight." HUE answers. "That idiot!"
"I told you it wasn't a good idea letting Gary try and cheer up the kid" I say before starting to run down to the deck hopping to stop them. But just as I walk in the door, the gate closes, and I can see their ship flying off.
Exhaling annoyed I start to walk back to the control room, when I get close, I can hear Quinn talking to the guys, saying: "What was that?! Gary, are you okay?" "Gary?! Little Cato?! Come on kid, answer me!" I say joining in on the conversation. "Gary? Gary?!" Quinn continues to ask getting a bit worried.
We don't hear from them for about 20 minutes before HUE announces that a ship just entered the Galaxy 1. Quinn sights in relief assuming its them, but I need visual proof and start to walk down to the entrance.
When I get there, I see a different ship then the one the guy's left inn, and Gary walking out trying to carry an unconscious Little Cato, with Mooncake beside him, KVN flying off in one direction, and a stranger walking out after them.
As curious as I am about the stranger, that has to wait as I need to focus on making sure that they are okey. I walk up to Gary and say: "What the hell are you thinking!" taking Little Cato from his arms and carrying him to the medical room. "I just thought... Oh wow your strong. I-I just wanted to cheer him up, and he said he wanted me to take him to the Lord Commander, so he could kill him. And I got a bit carried away and-" Gary stars trying to explain.
"So, you took him on a suicide mission?! Are you out of your mind? He's a kid, you're supposed to comfort him, not kill him!" I say walking faster with Gary hot on my tail.
We get to the medical room and give him an oxygen mask, while HUE starts checking his vitals.
"Avocato picked the worst guy to watch over his son. I am a bad-luck magnet." Gary thinks out loud. "Is he breathing" the stranger asks, still not taking off his mask. "Great news, guys. Little Cato is breathing" one of the robots says, and I breath out, not realizing I was holding my breath.
"You saved my life. Who are you?" Gary asks the stranger, looking at him suspiciously. And that's when he-she takes of her mask, saying. "Hi Gary" "Quinn?!" "What?" I say surprised, pretty sure she was just in the control room with me.
And that's when Quinn walks in the door saying: "Gary" "Hhuaah!" Gary says surprised to hear her voice coming through the door.
Quinn...Nightfall then goes on to describe that she if from the future. Nightfall and Quinn starts arguing a bit about how this is possible, as I just stand a bit in the back watching it all happen. When Nightfall then proceeds to flirt with Gary, that's when I decide I've had enough crazy for one day and want to leave the room.
"Ok, I've had enough" I say walking out, to take a breath. And not long after Gary comes out looking down. "What happened to you?" I ask. "Nothing I'm just gonna go pack my stuff, I'll be leaving soon" he says. "What? Gary what are you talking about? Gary?!" I try to say but he doesn't listen.
But before I can follow him HUE says: "Y/n, there's something I need to show you" "What now HUE?!" "In the control room, quick"
Getting a bit worried by that, I go to the control room, and HUE showed me a hologram of Nightfall's ship and explains to me that her ship is a time machine. "Sorry to break it to you HUE, but I kind of figured that out after she said she was from the future" I say annoyed "Oh" HUE says sounding disappointed.
"I don't have time for this HUE, I gotta stop Gary from leaving" But just as I finish my sentence, walking out the room, Mooncake fly's past me with Nightfall after him. "What the hell" that's when I see Nightfall shooting at him "What are you doing!" I say, not getting an answer I run after them trying to stop Nightfall.
Nightfall manages to trap Mooncake in a force field, but he breaks free, flying into space. As the air starts to disappear, I pot on my helmet and follows Nightfall out through the broken window. "Nightfall, stop!" I say trying to keep up, but thanks to the big blocks of ice I fall behind. I finally reach them as Gary and Quinn join my side.
"Mooncake!" Gary yells just as Nightfall is about to shot him, but he gets away and hides behind Gary. "You gotta go through me to get to him." Gary says as Nightfall locks on to Mooncake.
I then get in front of Gary, helping him protect Mooncake saying: "Not happening, hot shot" "You don't wanna do this, trust me. Trust Gary" Gary says hopping she'll listen
"Quinn, tell Gary and Y/n what happens. Tell them why we need to kill Mooncake" Nightfall says looking towards Quinn. "What are you talking about?" I say
"Tell them" Nightfall pushes Quinn "What is going on Quinn?!" Gary asks getting inpatient, as am I. "If you leave, the Lord Commander kills you, and Mooncake takes revenge on everything. And I mean everything" Quinn finally lets out
"I've been back hundreds of times, and the only option left is to kill Mooncake" Nightfall tells us. Gary then looks at Mooncake saying: "Little buddy?" before we get an announcement from HUE "Emergency. Little Cato is trapped inside Nightfall's ship" he says
"He triggered the self-destruct! It can't be turned off!" Nightfall says "What!" I say immediately getting worried "Little Cato. Please, Nightfall. For me. I can't let him die" Gary says. Nightfall than lowers her gun and I immediately take off, herring Gary and the Quinn's following.
Ones we finally get back to the ship, Gary and I throw off our helmets and run up to Nightfall's ship. "Little Cato!" I say as Gary starts banging on the door, while I try to look for a way to open the door.
Nightfall then walks up, as Gary and I give her some space before she uses her staff to cut through the door. "We've gotta get them out. In another moment, they'll be blinked out of existence" Nightfall says, and whit every word I get more and more worried.
Nightfall finally cuts through the door and I waste no time running up, leaning forward with my hand stretch out saying: "Little Cato! Take my hand!" I say as I see time slipping together as he sits inside the ship as a teenager, before going back and forth. "Come on kid!"
He then stands up trying to reach towards me saying: "It was all my fault. He died because of me" And that's when I understand what he was trying to do with Nightfall's ship.
"You and I both know that's not true. Please Little Cato, take my hand" He then finally gets close enough for me to grab hold of his hand and start pulling him out, as Gary, standing behind me, takes hold of my waist helping me pull him out.
Little Cato lands in my arms as the ship disappears. He starts to tear up as he says: "I feel so alone" "You're not alone. Remember, what I said to you the other day still stands. I-we are here for you" I say "We'll get through it together. As a team. As a squad. As a team squad" Gary says
"How? You're leaving" Little Cato says as him and i look towards Gary. "To be honest, I was never going anywhere. I mean I-I got nowhere to go" "Hell yeah, dawg" HUE says joining in.
"Gary, I'm... Glad you're sticking around" Quinn says "Why?" he asks "Because I need you" "To do what?" Gary asks And I can't help rolling my eyes as he says that. "I just need you, okey? So, shut up" Quinn yells "Works for me"
"What about me?" Little Cato asks, and I can't help but smile at him for being cute. "You too. And you Y/n" Quinn answers, and I give her a smile. "Chookity-pop?" Mooncake says flying over "Especially you"
After Quinn went through every one saying she needed us to stick around, Gary and Little Cato both start to get exited saying: "Then you just joined the Legion of Murdering... something or another, I don't know, it's really long" "Yeah, you did" Little Cato says as we stand up.
"I hope that's enough" I hear Nightfall say in the background.
I lock eyes with everyone before landing on Little Cato and give him a tight hug.
