He has trouble with his eyes.
Jeff doesn't have eyelids so he tends to have trouble with basic stuff like cold air making his eyes burn or getting stuff like dirt in his eyes because he cant just blink to make it go away.
So he tends to have to carry eyedrops to sooth his burning eyes balls or to help get stuff out of them.
Its a real pain in the ass to him but he has no choice but to put up with the struggle.
When it comes to sleeping however he ends up having to use a eye mask because he cant close his eyes to block out light.
He also wears it so he doesn't accidentally touch his eyes because he knows damn well for experience that it hurts.
