i was laying down in my dorm bed with my best friend, Nika. we were watching shameless and making fun of the intros while laughing at eachother.

"if you miss another episode of shameless i'm coming over your fucking house and killing your entire fucking family." i yelled in her face as a joke, mocking carl. she laughed harder and pushed me away, making me almost fall off the bed.

at this point we were crying and our stomachs hurt. "but it makes no sense i don't understand why they get so mad" Nika laughed, holding her stomach with her mouth open as she did so. "cause they don't want you to miss episodes i guess." i responded. "well obviously but like whyyy?" she continued to laugh.

we kept this on for a while before her phone starting ringing. she sat up out of her laying position on her back and grabbed her phone from my nightstand she rolled her eyes and answered it before mouthing, 'taylor' i just nodded my head and sighed.

did i mention that i have the biggest crush on Nika? ever since i met her at Uconn my freshman year and we became friends i cant stop liking her. i know she's in a relationship but i just cant help it. she's so funny, kind, pretty, and she's just a great person.

anyways, i could hear Taylor yelling at her over the phone. "what?" Nika asked, confused. "no, babe that was a joke?" she said. i rolled my eyes, knowing how her girlfriend treats her just makes me even more mad.

why can't she see that i've been here this whole time? that i would treat her so much better than Taylor? that we would be a perfect couple?

"listen mama, i swear i was joking all i said was that Azzi has a big ass it was just a joke." she said, looking at me while covering her mouth trying not to laugh. i almost burst out laughing but i realized she was on the phone with Taylor and i didn't want her to get even madder at Nika for being with me right now so i just ran across the room and banged my head against the wall while laughing, making Nika cover her mouth and hold her breath to not laugh.

"Bae i swear it didn't mean anything" Nika said, still covering her mouth, trying not to laugh at me. "yeah i know. yeah i won't do it again." she paused for a second, probably having Taylor yell at her a little more. "yeah i swear. love you ma. bye." she hung up and bursted out laughing, same as me.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY ABOUT AZZI?" i yelled at her, as i sat in the corner of my room in the fetal position. "LETS TALK ABOUT THE WAY YOU RAN AND HIT YOUR HEAD AGAINST THE WALL." she yelled back at me, making me fall out of the position i was in onto my stomach.

Nika went to lean back but hit her head on the wall while trying to, making me get up and jump in a circle while laughing. Nika just held her head while sitting criss cross on the bed, laughing.

after a little more of us laughing i jumped onto the bed next to her and layed my head in her lap. she looked down at me and i looked up at her. she brushed some of the hair out of my face.

this wasnt abnormal for us, we both love physical touch but her girlfriend doesn't so we've always cuddled, even before her and Taylor got together.

"so basicallyyy" i laughed as she looked at me. "so basically what?" she smiles at me. "so basicallyyy what was she mad about?" i asked her. Nika rolled her eyes and thre her head back, groaning.

"you heard how i responded right?" "mhm" i nodded at her. "okay so basically yesterday after practice me, P, Azzi, and KK were joking around on live and stuff and then they were like 'Nika has the biggest ass on the team' and then we started laughing so i obviously said 'no i think Azzi's is bigger' and i guess that's what she's mad about?" she told me, playing with my hair.

i giggled. "so she's mad because you observe Azzi's ass?" i responded, giggling. she laughed at me. "well like i mean who doesn't like if somebody has a big ass i'm gonna look likee" she rolls her eyes and i smile at her. "like you have a big ass and i stare at it all the time but it's okay cause we're besties" she tells me.

my jaw drops and i sit up. "NIKA MÜHL" i yell at her and she falls on her back laughing. "your so done!" i tell her as she continues to laugh. i grab one of my pillows and start hitting her with it as she laughs harder, trying to block the pillow.
