Chapter 4

"Are you ready yet? You're taking forever hurry up!" Emely says with frustration.

"Almost, I just have to do my mascara." Jaylenne says.

"We're gonna be late!"

"No, it doesn't take me that long to do my mascara I swear."

They were getting ready to go to the boys' house. They had started at 9, it is now 11. Emely had been ready over an hour ago but Jaylenne had to perfect her hair and pick out the perfect outfit. Emely on the other hand, just threw on whatever, she doesn't particularly care how she looks. She's not like other girls in case you forgot.

"Okay, I'm done how do I look?"

Emely sighs with relief," You look perfect, let's go before we're late!"

They drive to the boys' house blasting their Peso Pluma and whatnot. They make it right before 12 and knock on the door, Louis answers.

"Hey, come in." He says.

"Hi." Zayn says.

"Okay, Emely come with me and Jaylenne you go with Zayn, yell if you need anything."

The girls say their goodbyes and go their separate ways.

"I like your outfit and your hair, did you do something different?" He questions.

"No, I did less actually." Emely says.

"Oh."

"So, are we gonna play call of duty or what?" Emely questions.

"Yeah just let me get some snacks first, make yourself comfortable."

About 5 minutes later he returns, hands filled with loads of snacks.

"You really think we're going to eat all this?"

"I mean I can finish all this myself so we should be good. Let's play."

After about 2 hours of call of duty, they switch to fortnite.

"I'll admit you're better than me in call of duty but, i'm an actual god at fortnite. Let's do a 1v1?" Emely says.

"You're gonna lose but sure."

They play fornite for about an hour, doing like 20 1v1's, Emely winning all of them.

"See, what'd I tell you? I'm an actual god at fortnite." She says with arrogance.

"Nah, just beginners luck or something, I'm still better."

"Whatever helps you sleep at night. I'm tired of playing games, let's just watch a movie." She says.

"Okay, what movie?"

"Uhm do you have Naruto?" She asks.

He stares at her with a blank expression wondering if she's serious or not. Coming up with the conclusion that she's joking, he starts laughing hysterically. When he realized that she wasn't laughing with him he stopped.

"Is she joking?" He thought.

"Are you serious or are you joking?" He asks Emely, genuine concern showing on his face.

"I'm just joking of course! Uhm do you have minions?" She says with a slightly awkward chuckle.

"I was worried for a second." He laughs. "Yeah i have minions, is that what you want to watch?"

"Yeah, it's my favorite."

"It's pretty good." He says.

They sit on opposite ends of the couch and eat while paying very close attention to the movie. They were paying so much attention that they hadn't even noticed Jaylenne and Zayn coming down the stairs, even though they were extremely loud. Zayn and Jaylenne crept up behind the couch and screamed loudly, startling both Louis and Emely.

"What the flip dude!" Emely says, so angry that she sees red.

"Bro my popcorn is all over the floor." Louis says.

"Shut up fatty, I'll just get you a new one." Zayn says, laughing so hard he was turning red.

"Hurry up, and bring more snacks than just the popcorn!" Louis says.

Zayn and Jaylenne wander over to the kitchen, getting new snacks since the old ones are all over the floor and couch now.

"Did anything get on you?" He asks.

"No I'm fine, do you need help cleaning up?" Emely questions.

"You're crazy if you think Ima be the one to clean this mess up. I'm making Zayn do it. It's his fault the popcorn is all over the floor anyways."

"Yeah, makes sense." She says.

Zayn and Jaylenne come back a few minutes later, hands filled full with snacks. They plop down on the couch, right next to Louis and Emely. All four of them watch the rest of the movie in complete silence. Eventually, the movie ends and they all get up.

"Okay, I guess I'll clean up the popcorn now. Jaylenne can you help me?" Zayn says.

"I'm not the one who did this, it's your fault so you clean it up." She says.

"Whatever." He says, rolling his eyes.

Zayn cleans up all the popcorn, although it took him quite a while.

"Did you guys finish your project?" Emely asks.

"Yeah, it's amazing! I'll show you it later." Jaylenne says.

"Did you guys play your games?" Zayn asks.

"Yeah, I beat her in all of them." Louis says.

"Youre a dirty, no good liar. I literally beat you every round in fortine." Emely argues.

"Yeah, whatever." Louis says with a scoff while rolling his eyes.

"We should probably get going now, see you later." Jaylenne says.

"We'll walk you out to your car." Zayn says.

The girls nod their heads and all four of them walk outside to Emelys car. The girls hop in the car and they all say their goodbyes. They drive back, blasting Dani Flow this time. When they get to Jaylennes house they run inside, ready to tell each other all about what had happened with Louis and Zayn. They sit down on the bed and start talking.

"Me go first or you go first?"

"You go first." Jaylenne says, waiting patiently for Emely to tell her what happened with Louis.

"Okay so basically we just played games and talked about like random stuff the whole time. while eating. Like we talked about school and stuff, we also talked about our hobbies and what we do in our free time and stuff like that. At first we played call of duty but then we switched to fortnite. I beat him in all the 1v1's but then I got tired and just wanted to lay down so I asked to watch a movie and O.M.G. I asked if he had naruto and he started laughing to the point where he turned red. He asked me if I was joking and I said yes because I was extremely embarrassed. So basically I made him laugh, even if it wasn't a joke. We laid down and watched the movie, then y'all came down and you know what happened from there." Emely says.

"O.M.G. you guys are so cute!" Jaylenne says.

"Yeah whatever, tell me your story!"

"Okay so basically we were just like talking about ourselves while doing our work. Like he told me about his family and stuff and I told him like gossip that's going around the school because he's slightly delayed. Anyways, we finished early so we sat there and talked some more. We talked about like what games we play, our favorite artists, stuff like that. Apparently he likes Dani Flow too. After a while there was nothing else to talk about so we walked downstairs because we were planning to play games with y'all but you were distracted watching the movie and well you know what happens from there." Jaylenne says.

"You guys are literally meant to be!" Emely says.

They ramble on some more, explaining small details and eventually Emely goes home.
