Even though Dudley looks crazy, talks crazy, and moves crazy, in fact, he is calmer than anyone else on the inside.
After a brief encounter, he knew that he wasn't a match for Hagrid in a real fight. The punch he just threw didn't use Hamon, but Dudley knew that even with Hamon's added power, he couldn't defeat Hagrid head-on. The difference in their races was one thing, and Dudley's recent practice of Hamon was another.
Hagrid's magical proficiency wasn't impressive, given his expulsion, but his real combat strength far surpassed that of an average wizard. Consider the magical creatures he raised—Hungarian Horntail, Acromantula, three-headed dog, and the Blast-Ended Skrewt. The first two were classified as XXXXX, top-tier dangerous magical creatures, and the Blast-Ended Skrewt, created by crossbreeding a Chimera (XXXXX) and a Fire Crab, showed Hagrid's exceptional skills. Being in the company of such creatures hinted at Hagrid's true capabilities.
To defeat Hagrid, one had to resort to unconventional methods and be quick, not giving him time to react. Dudley relentlessly attacked Hagrid's legs, focusing on weak joints.
He wanted to limit Hagrid's speed first. Dudley possessed a broad range of life skills, and his extensive knowledge of anatomy allowed him to target vulnerable joints in Hagrid's giant frame.
As Hagrid reached out to grab Dudley, the latter skillfully dodged, demonstrating agility like a slippery eel or a nimble monkey. Dudley knew he couldn't afford to be caught; once captured, it would be game over.
In the brief intervals between attacks, Dudley reached into his shoulder bag, bit open the potion bottle caps, and consumed the contents.
The first bottle contained an Enhancement Potion (Inferior), enhancing the effects of other potions.
The second bottle held a Bone Mender (Inferior), rapidly healing bone injuries, even restoring lost bones.
Dudley's attack had injured the bones in his fists, and he needed a quick recovery. Although Hamon breathing could also heal bones, Dudley's proficiency wasn't sufficient for complete bone regeneration.
The third bottle was a Blood-Replenishing Elixir (Inferior). While ripping the tail and eating the flesh might look cool, it caused significant bleeding, and Dudley needed to replenish blood to avoid excessive loss.
The fourth bottle was a Freshness Potion (Inferior), used for healing injuries.
After consuming these potions, Dudley's complexion improved significantly. The previous move might have been stylish, but it was painful. Yet, the pain made the experience more memorable.
Then, Dudley took out four more potion bottles, but this time, he didn't drink them himself; he threw them toward Hagrid.
Fragile vials shattered on impact, releasing a brownish gas. All four bottles contained Delayed-Effect Potions, causing a slow-down effect on Hagrid's reactions.
Unfortunately, these potions were all of inferior quality. While they did slow down Hagrid, a half-giant with resistance to magic, it didn't reach the expected level.
Nevertheless, the reduction in speed was enough. Dudley picked up a shotgun from the ground, holding it upside down. His Hamon breathing method activated, filling his body with warm energy. He concentrated the power into his hands and transferred it to the shotgun.
The shotgun itself showed no visible changes, but occasional golden arcs flickered, especially noticeable in the dark.
Ignoring the need for stealth, Dudley swung the shotgun like a baseball bat, using all his strength to smash it into Hagrid's right leg.
A thunderous roar, reminiscent of a small mountain collapsing, echoed as Hagrid fell heavily, and this time, the impact was far more severe than the previous fall. His bones were broken.
But Dudley's assault wasn't over. Without hesitation, he discarded the now-damaged shotgun and rushed to Hagrid. Legs apart, body lowered, he adjusted his breath once again.
This was Dudley's last trump card, the highest-level skill in his arsenal.
LV5
Originally a technique from the Eight Extremities Fist, this move was the most straightforward, fierce, and ferocious one.
Modified by the system, its power surpassed the original, but its only drawback was the odd posture.
Dudley stood next to Hagrid, taking a deep breath, adjusting the Hamon breathing method, distributing energy throughout his body via blood circulation. Simultaneously, he focused the power on his slightly lowered shoulders and then released it all at once, pushing upward at a 45-degree angle.
Hagrid felt an unimaginable force, a violent impact causing his internal organs to shift. This force even surpassed his own, inducing a sense of powerlessness throughout his body.
This silly giant is so powerful?
But it wasn't over yet.
LV5 Iron Mountain Crush was a combo move.
Dudley's shoulders lowered again in the same way, pushing upward at a 45-degree angle once more.
"Iron Mountain Crush, I used to like it!"
Another impact.
Dudley's body began a rapid up-and-down motion, like a jackhammer in operation.
One, two, one, two!
The terrifying power of the LV5 skill unfolded in this moment.
In the next second, an even more shocking scene occurred. Hagrid's colossal body was lifted off the ground.
Even Dudley was amazed by the power of the LV5 skill. It surpassed his previous understanding.
"So strong! So terrifying!"
"I like it a lot!"
Seemingly just a simple up-and-down collision, this move involved many techniques for exerting force and releasing pressure. Notably, Dudley used Iron Mountain Crush without suffering any harm to himself.
The force acted reciprocally.
At the beginning, when Dudley punched Hagrid, he ended up severely injuring his own fist. But Iron Mountain Crush had no such backlash!
It was a perfect combat technique!
Hagrid's massive body crashed into the gate, tumbling heavily out of the room.
Dudley picked up a piece of the door, looking down at Hagrid from above.
"You're not welcome here!"
"Get lost!"
