"(Name)-chan, I..." He started to look down, a slight blush on his face.
"T-Tooru, are you alright?" The girl asked with concern. You've never seen him blush before.
"(Name)-chan, I like you a lot!" He said quickly which made your eyes widen in shock.
"(Name), go out with me pretty pleaseee.~" He said, pouting, grabbing your hands while he spoke.
Your face flushed, realizing the boy liked you back (as if it wasn't obvious). You had thought about it for awhile, still in shock.
"U-Um, Tooru, I- ...Can I think about it?" You said while looking at your hands.
"Sure (Name)-chan, take as much time as you need!~ But if you reject me just know that I don't take no for an answer." His tone becoming more serious at the end of his statement.
You looked up at him giving him a weird look. Won't take no for an answer?
"A-Alright, well I'll be going now, Tooru." She stood up and started to walk away when his hand caught her small wrist, being careful not to grab her too roughly but enough to have a firm grip on her.
"Think about this very seriously, (Name). You've gotten me to fall for you, so please take my feelings into consideration." "O-Of course." He got up and pulled you to him as he buried his face in your neck, and took in your scent while he could. You hugged him back as they stood there for awhile enjoying the closeness of the situation.
"Alright, I'll be going now. Goodbye, Tooru." You said as you walked out of the door.
"Bye (Name)-chan.~"He tried to sound positive but was actually pretty anxious about your decision you would make.
When you returned home, you sat down on the couch with your (f/d) and thought about the situation at hand. Well...I don't think he's joking, how could he be when he was so serious about it? Will his fangirls hate me for it? Probably. You let out a sigh as you rubbed your temples, and went up to your room and sat on your bed where you continued to think about the situation. I know I want to say yes, but what would I be getting myself into? You decided to call Iwaizumi since he was a great listener. As you dialed his number, it started to ring. It rang a few times and he picked up.
"Hello?"
"Hey Hajime-kun."
"(Name), why'd you call me? Do you need something?" You explained your situation to him waiting for him to reply.
"Oh, I see. Hmm..." He paused for awhile thinking the situation over.
"Well, (Name), if you like Oikawa and he likes you, and asked you out, what is there to think about? If he messes up, I'll be there to kick his ass, of course. "
You smiled at his words, "Thank you Hajime-kun!"
"Don't mention it, now get some rest (Name), I'm sure you're tired from being with Trashkawa so much."
You laughed and said your goodbyes, falling backwards onto your bed and drifting off into a dreamless sleep.
~ POV Change!: Oikawa ~
He let out a frustrated sigh as he ran a hand through his (gorgeous) hair. What if she doesn't say yes? I'm almost positive she likes me too, or is she putting on an act? He pushed that thought away not being able to stand the feeling of thinking she was only playing him. He decided to call Iwaizumi too. It rang for awhile. He didn't pick up.
"Iwa-chan! How could you! This is important! You're so mean!~" He yelled into the phone after the tone had beeped to leave a message.He tried calling again. This time being successful. As soon as he heard the other side had picked up, he started to yell at Iwaizumi for not answering him the first time.
"Iwa-chan! How could you not answer to your dearest friend?"
"I was talking to someone else, dumbass, don't yell at me."
"How rude Iwa-chan! Since when did you have other friends?!"
"Shut up Assikawa, if you're here to talk about your girl trouble just tell me instead of acting like an idiot." Iwaizumi could hear his pout through the phone.
"Well...I asked her out you know."
"Idiot, I know that! You told me earlier today you were going to do that."
"Oh yeah!" Iwaizumi could just imagine the idiot's face. Probably doing that face he makes whenever he messed with him. Smiling like an idiot with his tongue out, with one eye closed.
"Well, I'm worried Iwa-chan. What if she says no!"
"Well I wouldn't be shocked if she did, now go to sleep and stop bothering me with your petty problems."
"Iwaaa-ch-" Iwaizumi had hung up on him.
"SO MEAN!"
A/N: Sorry this wasn't as lovey dovey as I would like to make it because trust me I know, I love the lovey dovey stuff. BUT, I thought it would be nice to watch Tooru get bullied again because it's pretty great. Alrightttt onto the next chapterrrr!
