Golf Ball's pov
"An idea? Let's hear it!" 2 says trying to feel better. Here goes... "So uh 4 you're a fan of the show... remember back in BFDIA when we were all chasing Leafy?" I ask in confusion. He nods, "Who couldn't? It was a pretty mainstream moment," he says and smiles. "Mhm... quote from one of the worst people 'Pen Pen, just use the Leafy Detector!'" I say happily. "Leafy Detector?" X asks in confusion. "Yeah! It should shoot a laser in whatever direction Leafy is!". Now we can find Leafy! "This is great Golf Ball! Do you have a Leafy Detector?" 2 asks in confusion.
"Of course!" I run away and down the stairs in my factory. Where is it? I need this for the first time since I bought it! I knew this would be a good purchase. This is it! I'm gonna find everyone! I run up the stairs with the Leafy Detector and shoot it. The laser shoots.... into the.... sky?
Why's it shooting in the sky?! "Where's that laser going?" X asks in confusion. 4 floats up. "C'mon, let's go and follow it," 2 says excitedly. X, 2, and 4 fly up into the sky. A few minutes later they come back. "It can't go through the atmosphere but it seems like she's on Earth," 2 says worriedly. "Earth? That's this planet... so why'd it shoot into the sky?" I ask in confusion.
4 shakes his head. "There's another one, located in a different solar system, and on that one live these things called humans," he says normally. "Human?" I ask in confusion. What the fuck is a... human?! "They look sorta like David and Dora except less flat, and more fleshy," he says normally. More fleshy? Less flat? Hm... I'm not following. "I'm not following," I say in total confusion.
"Here, I'll just show ya,". His hand glows and it looks like he's gonna shoot me with a laser. A few minutes pass before he shoots me with a laser. I flinch because I expect pain. When I open my eyes I notice I'm a bit taller. "Hey wait I'm a bit taller!" I say happily. "Mhm... but what other differences do you notice? There's not really easy to miss...." he says with a smile.
Oh my god... I have ARMS! "I have arms!" I say happily. This is THE BEST DAY EVER!! I just kinda move them slowly and a bit randomly to figure out how they're used. "Mhm! You also have skin closer to ours," 2 points that out. And he's right. My legs don't look like wiry-looking 2-pixel wide snap like a twig noodle legs.
"So how do you feel about being human?" 4 asks in confusion. This doesn't feel too bad. "It's weird but certainly not the worst," I say normally. "Alrighty, so how would you feel about staying this way until you find everyone?" 2 asks in confusion. "I wouldn't hate it...". I won't be like this for too long right? Finding everyone should be easy!
"Perfect! Here's a gun you can use to turn everyone back! It might kill regular humans though..." 4 says normally. "And here's a gun you can use to bring everyone back here!" 2 says happily. This sounds like an interesting rescue mission for sure. "Got it, this sounds kinda fun I guess!" I say happily. I'm only so happy because my friends aren't gone forever, and they will never be gone forever!
"I'm guessing they won't remember being an object?". "Honestly they probably won't and that'll have to be part of it, you'll have to get them to understand or just go shooting people, I don't care," 4 says normally. "Don't go killing people!" X says upset. "Yeah that's just cruel," 2 says normally. Ok, so I gotta logically deduce who my friends are... "Got it, I won't let you guys down!". Not even that I won't let them down... I won't let myself down!
"Alright, bye Golf Ball!" X says happily. 2 shoots me with a laser which ends up sending me to this other Earth.
