"Where's he, Chim?" Taehyung mumbled, scrolling through his phone as he stood in the crowded airport.
He had promised Jimin he'd come with him, and now he watched his best friend glance toward the arrival gate for what felt like the hundredth time. The excitement written all over Jimin's face made Taehyung chuckle.

Who could possibly have him this eager?

His phone buzzed, pulling his attention away. A message from his boyfriend appeared on the screen, updating him about Yunji, just like he had promised. Earlier, Taehyung had asked him to take care of her while he was out, and thankfully, everything seemed to be going smoothly.

Slipping his phone back into his pocket, Taehyung looked at Jimin again, who was already searching the crowd with hopeful eyes.

Whatever the reason, it was obvious.
Whoever was arriving today meant the world to him.

"Are you sure it'll be okay?" Taehyung mumbled worriedly as he prepared breakfast, only to feel a pair of arms wrap around his waist from behind.

"Shh, I told you not to worry so much." Jungkook pressed a soft kiss behind his ear before resting his chin on taehyung's shoulder."Besides, who's this mysterious person you're going to meet?"

"I don't know, Koo," Taehyung replied with a small sigh. "Mimi asked me to come with him, and you know how stubborn he gets." jungkook hummed in agreement, tightening his hold slightly.

"I should've come too."That earned a fond smile from Taehyung. Before either could say anything else, a tiny voice called out from the living room.

"Googie! Mamma!"

Both turned to find Yunji waddling toward them. Jungkook's face immediately softened. "Aww, look at my pretty princess."

Yunji beamed at the compliment, her smile bright enough to melt both their hearts.
