Week 1: Day 6 || Book Nerds

Rainbow Dash's Pov

~☆~

Remember how Soarin dropped my bag in my head, yesterday? Yeah? Well guess what, my head is currently throbbing right now! And I'm using a bag of peas as an ice pack! I'm going to kill him! It's only noon, and Soarin went out for a workout. So, when he comes back, he may or may not be found dead or unconscious in my college dorm room. Cool. I really thought that nothing would happen to my head?! Even though my bag weighs like 5 pounds?! Yeah, I did think that. Because I'm stupid. Yay me. Note my beautiful, amazing, and finally awesome, sarcasm. Yesterday, my friends were simping over Soarin so hard. Besides AJ. She's the best, I really don't get why they made such a big deal. He's just Soarin... A normal boy...

Who's literally hotter than the desert.

I rolled my eyes at my brain's comment. He's... Meh, just kidding. I hate him. Always will. A few days ago he forced me to call him attractive. Like the fuck? He actually forced it out of me! Like if I didn't say that, I would probably still be under him right now. I hate the thought of it...

...

My gaze shifted to the door which was being unlocked, Soarin's back... He opened the door and walked in all sweaty, oh my God... "Hey, I'm back–" he noticed me laying in bed with a pack of sweet green peas on my head. Soarin's eyes widened but then held in his laughter, "Ahahaha!" He burst out laughing, I glared at him. Sooo funny wow... "Pff, are you sick or something?" His laughter died down. "No, my head is in immense pain right now, cause your stupid ass decided it would be smart to drop a heavy bag directly on to my head." I glared, he just smiled and closed the door. "Ah, that sucks doesn't it. I can't imagine what it's like to be short." He chuckled, I growled at him. "You're so stupidly short, that it's actually funny." He laughed, my expression was a complete frown. I was glaring daggers at the boy, "Haha, so funny." I adjusted the bag of peas on my head. "Anyways, hope you die. Ciao." He smirked, and closed, no, slammed the bathroom door. I rolled my eyes, rude much? I got up, deciding that I didn't want to be in the same room as him. I grabbed my bag, that Soarin dropped on me, and changed from my pajamas to black shorts, and a blue hoodie. I slightly combed my hair and walked out. Not caring if I left anything. I'll be back anyways...

Once I took the elevators down to the lobby, I decided to just go to the campus's library. I need that new Daring Doo book! It's called:

Daring Doo, and the crystal cave.

Pretty cool, I know. I walked there, not without looking at the picture of the school's map I had on my phone that I took a picture of on my first day here, at CSU. Since that bastard Soarin didn't want to properly show me around this fucking college. I eventually made my way to the huge library I'm sure Twilight would love. I wouldn't be surprised if she was here right now. I walked up the steps and the large automatic doors opened for me. I walked over to the front desk and saw a boy reading a book.

(A/N: This is an OC! I created it!)

The boy had dark brown hair, brownish-tan skin, gorgeous blue eyes I must say, and some vintage glasses. I stood in front of the desk and the boy looked up at me. "Oh, hi. How can I help you today?" He smiled at me, and closed his book. "Hello, uhm... Do you know whwre I can find the Daring Doo books?" I asked, and I noticed the book he was reading was the new Daring Doo book I had been looking for. "Oh yeah, of course." He stood up from his chair. "I'll take you there." He picked up his book and walked around the desk to the front with me.

What the fuck

Damn he's tall, probably about the same height as Soarin. "They're right over here." He brought me to a section where I saw tons and tons of action books. I looked around but didn't see the one I was looking for... Wait wasn't he... "Do you have the new Daring Doo book here?" I asked, he looked up from the book he was reading while I was looking for a book. "Oh, this one?" He asked, now showing me the cover of his book. "Oh yes– Wait, you like Daring Doo too?" I asked, "Yep, A.K Yearling is one of my favorite authors." He smiled, "It's alright you can read it. I'll just get something else." I shrugged, I can't just steal someone's book like that. "Oh, no no no. It's okay, I have an online version on my phone anyways. I just like reading books physically." He smiled, and pushed the book towards me, as we stood in the book aisle. "I couldn't–"
