Ahmed went to the training ground of his school and began to practice what he learned about bendings and martial arts which includes blasting a beam of light,throwing an orb with light energy,performing sword moves by fighting with robots or slicing down dummies and finally performing archery by checking his accuracy by shooting arrow from a far distance to the vital parts performed on a dummy.
Ahmed then went back to his bedroom,sat crosslegged on a mat and entered meditation.In meditation he gathered his energy including soul energy and began to teleport himself into higher Midguard.He almost triggered his teleporting when his storage of soul energy finished causing the trigger to teleport himself to cut off.
Due to the lack of soul energy dealt a really big damage on Ahmed soul causing death.Ahmed thereafter died due to lack of soul energy.
