Everyone exited the Viewing Room to enter a mall like court like the one at Kiyashi Ward Shopping Mall. But the saw there still indoors, so they went outside to a massive courtyard with exotic flowers, spruce trees, and a water fountain with feathers serpents on it, at the center. Then Quetzal in his serpent form flew in a transformed midair in human form and landed in front of the fountain.

Quetzal:(arms out in a presentation style manner) Welcome, Everyone to my Home! Say hello to Palacio Montezuma!

Yaoyorozu: (shocked) This place is twice as big as my mansion!

Uraraka: ITS BIGGER THAN MY HOUSE!

Kaminari: It looks like a pyramid!

Quetzal: Well this is how Aztec pyramids look like and built this palace from the ground up. The bird's eye view is the main pyramid connected to a smaller pyramid to the north and surrounded by a massive wall.

Uraraka: You built all this?!

Quetzal: With my own bare hands, my strength, and my willpower as I shed countless blood, sweat, and tears.

Midnight: (blushes as she licks her lips) Not bad but not unexpected for a demigod.

Mt. Lady: Don't be aroused, you hag! He obviously doesn't want a relationship with an old lady.

Quetzal: Technically I'm older! Heck I'm older than Gran Torino, since I gained my Demigod status long before the Quirk Era began.

All Might: You're older than All for One?!

Quetzal: That's right! Although I am a demigod, I am not immortal but rather I have extended youth. I am actually 320 years old, so I actually ascended before the glowing baby was born, by roughly 100 years.

Everyone was gobsmacked at this fact. Suddenly the Demigod age thing made sense.

Midoriya: What else is there? Can we get a tour?

Quetzal: Certainly! Now then, the main pyramid is not only were I sleep but also where the viewing room is located, also there is the cafeteria, a gym, the recreation room, dorms for the pros, and a full service spa with the works including mud baths and masseuses.

Girls: Oooh!

Kirishima: A gym I'm so in!

Tetsutetsu: Me too!

Midnight: A massage sounds nice.

Mt. Lady: Nothing like getting pampered after a hard day of work.

Hado: Hey, Hey! What about the smaller pyramid?

Quetzal: That is a housing unit.

Midnight:(Pouts) so they're not co-ed?

Quetzal: Nope! I may be a demigod but I'm not stupid enough to incur the wrath of the teachers and superiors by having the teens bunk together and one of the girls getting pregnant. The teens and kids will be separated by gender, and before I forget I need to bring in three more peeps.

Quetzal snapped his fingers and three bright lights appeared and dissipated revealing David Shield, Melissa Shield, and the Rabbit Hero: Mirko

David: Where are we?

Mirko: (punches her palm) Are you a villain?

Quetzal: My home, Palacio Montezuma. My name is Quetzalpilli, but you can call me Quetzal. And I'm not a villain but a demigod. And for why you're here, you ask those behind you.
