Mikey paused the audio on his phone.

"euhh... That's so gay"

That was funny coming from Leo
"The silence was almost deathening" Mikey cut in, raising his finger like it was a fact.

Raph quickly made it known that he was thinking, the crease in-between his eyebrow deepening, also the stink that came from him.

"Raph, you're stinking up my lab" the lab in which their words didn't echo in the whole sewer. Donnie groaned slightly backing up from his older brother, that seemed to snap the snapper out of his trance.

"Donnie, Mikey, your er...plan of-"

"Making pops and dad get together so we can be a complete family, without the weird stares and tension from them?"

Mikey suggested while Raph was trying to find the right wording for what he was going to say,  made the elder cross his arms over his plastron, almost exactly like Splinter.

"Ohh da-da raph" Leo teased from the sidelines.

"-yeah" the red one looked between his two brothers, attempting to ignore the bluest out of the four of them (GASP) "even if we did try, what would we even do?"

Raph said, tilting his head to the side slightly, Leo finally stepped in,

"Would Splinter even be interested? Like is he..."

Leo did some very... interesting hand motions that quickly got shut down by Mikey waving at them. 

Mikey scratched his chin, Donnie tapped the youngest siblings shoulder with one of his robotic hands

"I remember when Dad was talking about one of the movies he worked on, he very vaguely mentioned a fling he had on set with one of the male actors" Donnie said, absent mindedly keeping the metallic arm on Mikeys shoulder.

The room fell silent if the mention, it just kind of flew over their heads until now, huh.

"Dad still hates Draxum though."

Leo said, leaning on the nearest surface, Mikey tsked at what the slider said "Hates a strong word,"

"Mikey is right, pops and Draxum recently have been...more tolerant? Of each other, like I think I've heard Drax laugh at one of Splinters jokes" said Raph, his arms uncrossing from his chest.

"HE laughed at his jokes?" Leo sputtered, the thought seemed damn near impossible, Mikey laughed out.

"Ick- old man yaoi" Donnie said in a sort of disgust "Mikey I'm having second thoughts" the purple joked in a tone that hardly held sarcasm, Leo barked out a laugh (more like choked)

"We should name the plan" Leo said, now instead of leaning on the nearest surface, (a table) he was sitting cross legged on it.

"..rat rizz?"  Raph said, which made the softshell face tighten into a sour expression

"Yesohmygod" Leo said quickly in a short breath,  Mikey also seemed to like it.

"Michelangelo my dear brother please-" Donnie begged, the name was so cringe that even twelve year olds who watched kai cenet would find it cringe.

"Plan rat rizz it is, sorry Donnie it's a democratic"

Mikey exclaimed before dramaticly slamming his fist down on the table in front of them

The room filled with fits of giggles, laughs, and a loud groan from Donnie.

Later Mikey made a group chat with his brothers, PLUS April, called 'plan rat rizz'.

He got a few concerned text from April but chose to ignore them for comedic purposes.
