"Have you heard? Link's coming to Ordon!"

Y/N's breath hitched at the mention of his name. She looked at Illia, skeptical yet hopeful "You're sure you heard right?" she fidgeted with her bracelets. Illia nodded, adding, "Yes, I'm sure. But..." she turned her face away, looking annoyed, "I wouldn't be too happy if I was you, Y/N..." she sighed, shaking her head.

"But-... but why? He isn't hurt is h-"

"No. No, he's not." Illia's voice was oddly tight, as if she was on the brink of descending into an angry rant. Y/N tilted her head, "Then?" 

Illia scoffed, "He's changed, Y/N." she said in disgust, her eyes narrowing 

"He's not Link, he's freaking Sink at this point! Because that's all he's doing! Sinking!" Illia's fists were balled, "One thing's for sure... he's changed since we last saw him at Kakariko." she laughed, although Y/N didn't understand what was so funny. 

Y/N's eyes widened in disbelief, "N-... no... This is the boy who'd skip rocks with us back when we were kids! He's the one who loved cats for some reason-" 

"I went to castle town to see him. That's when he told me he'd be coming back. That's when I knew he'd changed." Illia sighed, "I'd steer clear of him if I were you."

🌑 "When did you develop that attitude?!"

⭐️ "When you abandoned Ordon for months and left me to do all the farm work."

🌑 "Well, the hell was I supposed to do?! Come back here in the middle of nowhere and wrestle goats for the rest of my life??"

⭐️ "Well what am I supposed to do? Break my back carrying hay bales for the rest of my life? Yeah-no. I'm leaving Ordon... I'm going to see Hyrule."

🌑 "Wait wait wait- You can't do that! Who's going to look after the village?! Hylia, the whole damn place is gonna fall apart!"

⭐️ "It already has. And think- what did you ever do to stop it?!"

"Well?!" Illia glares, viciously, "Are you satisfied?! This-... This is all your fault! You pathetic, Link, PATHETIC! You've become stuck up, spoilt, conceited, selfish and you've become a womanizer of all things!" Illia shakes her head in disbelief. 

"I never kissed them or anything like that!" Link protested, weakly.

"But you led them on!" Illia rolls her eyes "You know what?! I'm glad she left! Now she doesn't have to deal with you ever again. Now- drag your pathetic ass out of my house, Link!" she points towards the door, stomping her foot.

Link nods, absentmindedly, "She didn't mention me..." he runs a hand through his hair. 

Illia snorts "Yeah- no shit! Now, LEAVE!"
