Chapter 3: The Reveal

It's now 7:00 in the morning on Monday, Amelia went to take Zoe to her new school and Jonathan was still redecorating the new house so they could get started on their new life in the neighborhood. As for William he was sitting on the staircase where he was last night still sad and was thinking about what he should do in order to make his parents proud of him.

"Will son, would you like to help me redecorate and clean up the house meanwhile your mother is out out grocery shopping? So that way you could explore more of this place", "I-I guess so...". " *sighs* your mother is going to be ok son don't worry, she's strong enough to handle this I'll she needs right now is love and support from each of us ok?", Will nodded yes and proceeds to clean up the house while he went on exploring. He put on some headphones and turned on one of his favorite songs called 'Live Your Life' from Rihanna so he could relax and focus on cleaning, he was cleaning the rooms, the bathrooms, the windows, the kitchen, and more. After that he went to the hallways and cleaned up more of the rooms across the halls, he was almost done cleaning up until suddenly........the door appeared out of nowhere again.

" *takes off his headphones* oh hell no there's no damn way I ain't going through this crap again! I'm just going to ignore this *puts his headphones back on again* ", William began cleaning up again so he could ignore the door and not get distracted, he was vacuuming the carpet and the floor too, he turns around a little bit and the door was still there. He glared and raises his eyebrows thinking that the door might disappear again, he turned again to his vacuum but unfortunately his curiosity was killing him to see what's inside. And so he turned to the door and gets closer so he could try and open it again because last time he was interrupted by his mother and little sister. He was getting slightly nervous and excited at the same time and thinks this is his final chance to see what was behind the door, he was very close to opening it...until he was once again interrupted.

"Will, Will did you manage to finish cleaning up??", Will cuss himself and was frustrated because he really wanted to see what was behind the door. He replied yes to his father and Jonathan asked him to come back and so he did, he was looking back at the door but this time it didn't disappear from him.

4 hours later

" *takes a deep breath and smells the fresh air* now this is, this is what I call a fresh start haha! You see Will told you we could do it, I wonder what your mother will think when she sees how much work we done today", "Uhuh". One second later he heard a book dropped out of nowhere, Will goes to see where it went until he managed to see it in front of the living room book shelf. He goes to pick it up and once he did he looks at the cover and sees the title saying 'Merlin and the Mystic Crystal', Will's eyes were widened because he has never heard or seen this book in his life. His dad walked in to see what was going on.

"What you got there son? *sees the book in Will's hands* oh?? I see you're quite interested in this story, where did you find it?", "I-I found it in the floor, also I don't know If I actually do because I'm not really interested into reading nerd stuff that's for my sister". Jonathan chuckled and said," oh no son trust me this isn't some Nerd Stuff it's a really good story about a very famous and powerful magical figure", "Um dad I kinda know who this guy is, isn't he some kind of wizard or something from a fairy tale? I don't really know because I hated history". "Nope he wasn't just a wizard he was one of the most powerful sorcerers in the entire world and in history and no he wasn't in just any fairy tale he's based in the Arthurian mythology, he's a shape shifter as well and faced many powerful foes during his lifetimes. He was considered to be the greatest magician of all time!", "Like Dumbledore from Harry Potter?", " *chuckles a bit* oh son he was even better than every wizard, witch, warlock, and sorceresses too. Surely you have a library that tells you this stuff right?" William smiles awkwardly and swears a bit, he shakes his head no because he doesn't really go to the library that much. "Alright then, if you want I could tell you more if you really want too?" Will thinks about but something else caught his eye on, it was a symbol but it was the same symbol he saw from the door's wooden carving.
