💖 Chapter 36: Who is Vikram Roy?💖

Author's POV

Its a huge hall. The party is going on. The guests are coming
as the meeting is about to start as its a business party.

Pamela

I was in a car going to the venue. Suddenly a car, from the
Opposite side came in such a way, seems like it is about to
hit our car. But luckily, our driver has moved to the different
direction and our car, doesn't collide with that car. Thank God!!!!!
We are ok. Otherwise today is the last day of my life in this earth.

After sometime..........
I reached the venue. The guard is about to open the car's door but
I objected and told him that I can do it by myself. I don't think myself as
a queen that I can't even open the door of the car. So I came out of
the car and straight away went to the meeting room. The moment, I
enter the meeting room, my team greeted me as I told them to sit.
I opened my laptop and started doing some work. Also I am getting distracted because sometime I feel that
he is still with me because I feel his presence near me. But at the same
time, I also feel that I am missing him too much.

But no matter what happens. I will wait for him to come back. I don't know
what will happen today.But seems like something is waiting for me. Don't
know why I have this feeling. I came back to reality when the clients team entered the meeting room
and we have a small introductory session and then the meeting starts.

After 3 hours
After a lot of discussion, the meeting is fruitful that is the deal is finalized.
So its a great news. But I am not happy from inside because I don't want all this.
I want one person that is him. I didn't even think in my whole life that I need to do
all these things. But yes, I will not allow Tithi to spoil all these. Its because of her only,
we are in this situation today.

We reached the downstairs for the party, honestly I want to go home now . I am attending this party just as a formality. I talked with some of the guests and the employees of this company and take a glass of soft drinks because I don't like hard drinks. I sit on the sofa along with the drink and started swiping my phone and seeing his photo.

Where are you Rudra? Did you really leave me alone? Or are you testing me? I don't know what are you doing. But please comeback wherever you are. Because I can't stay without you. 'Do you have any idea that how alone I am?No right? Because if you have, you couldn't leave me like this.
You know your Pamela is not strong. If you are not there, then what is the use of this company? and mostly why I am here? I came to this house holding your hand only. I should have leave this house but you know? Love is the only thing that allowed me to stay in this house and that is your
family. But I want you as well. I want to spend my rest of the life with you. I want to have family with you. I want to grow old with you and you, you betrayed me, you played with my emotions
and put me in this situation. Please Rudra, please come back, I can't take it anymore. Somehow I am trying to control myself but I couldn't control myself forever. Someday I may collapse and will breath my last. Saying my inner side as tears started coming from my eyes.

I came back to reality, when Mr Bannerjee come to me.
Ma'am. He called me.
Yes. I said looking at him.
I am really glad that you agreed to come here otherwise we are in a big problem.. He said

Thank you and afterall its my responsibility now. I said

Well, I would like to introduce him with you that is our new client team's head. He said

That's sounds great.I said

Suddenly a man came and started talking with Mr Bannerjee. I can't recognise him because I can't see his face

Ma'am he is our new client's team head Mr Vikram Roy. He said

He turned around me to see my face and now I was shocked to see who the person is. I don't know what his reaction is but I am very scared to see him.

He smiled at me and then extended his hand for a handshake and I did the same.

Nice to meet you in this way "WIFEY". He said slowly while smirking and sipping his wine.

He said in such a way that nobody can hear that word "WIFEY".

Excuse me. Mr Bannerjee said and left.

Now we both are infront of each other.

I turned my face from  him and was about to leave but then he break the silence.

Why are you getting scared? He asked me.

I turned toward him confidently don't want to make him understand that I am  scared.

I am not getting scared looking at you. I said

I can clearly see in your face that you are getting scared why? What is there to get scared of me? He said while smirking.

I am not getting scared at you. I said

You can hide from everyone but not from me. He said

I was shocked.

But why are you getting scared? Do I know you? Or DO YOU KNOW ME? He said while smirking.

I was just looking at him with big big eyes.
