After a few hours of sitting on the couch and taking Tylenol to calm the pain there's a loud bang on the door

You go over to open the door just before fez was going to

It's McKay and he looks angry
"You mother fucker" McKay says yelling at you

"What..?" You say very frustrated seeing him

"You know what you did, troy's in the fuckin hospital" McKay said to you pointing at your hands

"How bad?" You say to him with a tired expression on your face

"You were there you know how bad it fucking is!" He says raising his voice

"Look dude I really don't feel like doing this right now, can you just cut it and come back later" you say to him pushing your hair out of your face as you shut the door not really giving him a choice

He keeps banging on the door for about 30 seconds before ashtray comes down "are you guys Gunna shut him the fuck up?" He says looking at both of you

"Yeah whatever" you say opening the door to him yelling in your face

"YOU PUT MY FUCKING 15 YEAR OLD BROTHER IN THE HOSPITAL" he said still pushing the screen door in

"We forreal doing this now" you said to him rubbing your hands on your head

"Why don't you come out here and find out" he says to you putting his hands up

"If I go out there are you going to punch me" you say to him with your eyes barely open as he nods

"Fucks sake." You mumble under your breath as you shut the door on him again grabbing a knife from the kitchen knowing he'll start banging on the door again

You open the door again with the knife in your hand walking outside, "just fucking leave it" you say to him lifting his chin up with the knife
"You're just like Nate" he said shaking his breath

"Im not fucking doing this stupid shit with you, you don't even know why I did it" you say to him talking through your teeth

"Yeah why'd you do it then? For fun" he said making his voice harsher

"I'm done with this" you said to mckay walking back through the door and shutting it

Putting the knife away and instead going up to ashtrays drawer where he had the gun stashed away, and stuffing it in your waistband as he started pounding on the door again

"Why the fuck won't go piss off"
You say to McKay raising your voice

"Cuz I ain't leaving till I do what I came here to do" he says

You pull out the gun and tell him to leave "this won't end up with your head blown up if you leave" you threatened

McKay didn't even say anything he just sighed and left

You shut the door and went back upstairs to put it away and you sat on ashtrays bed,and went on your phone
5 messages from rue and 2 from Nate

So everyone knows how you beat up McKay's brother but not the reason? God this is going to be a fun year..

Ashtray walks into the room and says
"I'm proud of you for doing that
I know I shouldn't be, but you stood up for yourself" he said sitting down beside you you smile at him and kiss him

"You know I kinda feel like red and blue slushies" you look up at Ash and smile,

"Oh right yeah" he says sarcastically laughing

You lay down putting your head into his lap as he plays with your hair gently

You stayed like that for awhile before you fell asleep in his lap

He leant his head against the wall and fell asleep not long after..

You wake up to ashtray playing with your hair again

"I thought you fell asleep aswell" you say groggily

"I did" he answers looking into your eyes

"Hey...what did you do? To Troy" he asks softly

"Beat him until all he could see was red" you laughed

He smirked and said "he deserved it, but don't go around doing that to anyone" he said slightly giggling

You just sat there and smiled. You felt so safe with him you knew he would always be there for you.

"What's your favourite song" he asks gently

"hm, it would probably be eyes don't lie by Isabel LaRosa" you answered

"I don't think I've heard that" he says looking up thinking about it

"I didnt think you would've" you say bringing his head back down

You smile and giggle

"Y'know I'll have to go back home eventually" you say disappointed

"Why? You don't have to" he says looking sad

"Even if I we're to live here I'd have to go get my stuff and" you said looking into his eyes

"And?" He says raising an eyebrow

"And I'd still have to go over there" you finish

He sighs "not yet" leaning his head against the wall

"I know" you respond lifting your head from his lap

"What time is it?" You ask changing the subject

"Uhm 11:37" he answers

"Wanna go do something since it's dark?" You answer leaning your head forward smirking

"Like what?" He asks as you get closer

"Dunno just run around the streets" you reply

"Sounds fun" he says as he gets up and runs down

You giggle and follow behind him

You both run out the door and into the streets

Eventually you both get tired and sit under a street lamp breathing heavily

You turn to ashtray who is laughing

"This is so fun" he states

You giggle and agree with a nod

You guys walk back to the apartment and go back upstairs

"You have the funnest ideas" he says looking out his window

"Wanna know an even better idea" you say climbing out his window and onto the roof and he follows

You lean your head on his shoulder and look at the stars slowly falling asleep
