I just moved to my step-dad's with my mom, because apparently she really loved him, meaning I have to attend a new school. Today is my first day. I hope I at least make a few friends.

I walked out of my house, wearing (your outfit). I had to take the bus, so hopefully the people wouldn't be rude. As I walked, I listened to (favourite band) on my headphones, admiring the neighbourhood I now lived in. I soon arrived at the bus stop and the bus was already there, so I got on straight away. The bus was full of kids screaming and laughing, and messing around. Good luck to me. I look around for a free seat, and I find a seat next to a tall, curly haired boy. He had brown eyes and a few freckles. He looked pretty nice. I sat down next to him and he looked at me.
"You new here?"
He asks, raising an eyebrow.
I nod and extend a hand towards him.
"I'm Y/N."
He takes my hand and shakes it, softly. His fingers were long and smooth.
"Trevor."
He says with a small smile. It was cute.

On the way to school, Trevor told me about the classes and teachers, as well as people I should try to avoid. He said something about a creepy dude called Miles, and that I should probably avoid him. That's fine with me, I guess.

We soon arrive at school. As we walk through the hallway, he shows me my locker and we say goodbye. He said he would meet me at break. I put my bag in my locker and look at my timetable. First lesson: English.
