[Haein's POV]

He was tossing and turning, not really able to find sleep on the flight home. David's words weighed on his mind.

"Just tell her you see her in your future. Tell her you want to one day have a family of your own with her. If she sees the same thing, then you should start getting into the mindset of marriage. If she doesn't want the same, then you have things to reconsider."

He knew that David meant well for him. He was right, too. He did start considering settling down. He was approaching his 40s soon after all. But nevertheless, he wanted Jisoo to be comfortable with the idea too. If she still didn't want marriage and kids yet, who was he to force it on her? He's fine with the pace they're at. They've been enjoying their time together. They needed to understand each other more before committing to a life together.

Heaving a sigh, Haein stared at Jisoo's last message to him.

{Bunny Chu ♥️}: That's great to hear, oppa! I really missed you! Can't wait to see you 😘~

He couldn't help but smile. His bunny was absolutely adorable! He really needed to see her now. Weeks without her next to him has been gut wrenching. He became so used to her in his arms, that sleep without her seemed incredibly insomniatic.

Turning off his phone, he decided it best to get some shut eye or else his greeting to Jisoo will be him passing out in the front door of her condo.

Jisoo was pacing back and forth. Excited to see Haein soon, but nervous on how she's going to break the news to him.

He texted her an hour and a half ago when he landed.

{Newborn Chick ♥}: Just landed! Getting baggage with Jaeyoung and heading back to your place. See you soon, jagiya!

That meant he should be here any minute now. This was nerve wrecking! As she continued to pace around, she felt her tummy growling. Stopping in her tracks, she placed both hands on her stomach and smiled.

"You can't make up your mind can you, Baby Carrot? First, you make mommy hungry and after that you'll push mommy straight to the bathroom." She giggled. Her precious Baby Carrot.

During the sleepover, the girls kept asking her if she had any names planned out for the baby. She thought all night, but all she could settle for now was Baby Carrot. Their Baby Carrot.

[Flashback to a few nights before]

"Baby Carrot? Jisoonie, you're full of surprises!" Lisa was cuddled up to Jisoo on the bed.

"What? I don't even know what the gender is yet. So for now, it's going to be Baby Carrot. Because at this stage, that's the size that it is." Jisoo said as she stroked her stomach lovingly.

"You'll be a great mom, unnie. I just know it! You've always been so caring to us. Your own child? They'll be so loved!" Rosé was looking over Lisa's shoulder as she was hugging her from the side.

"I bet she's gonna make fun of her child non-stop. The poor kid's gonna be her daily punching bag." Jennie said as she closed her eyes, hugging Jisoo from her other side.
