The Wattersons are at a loss for words, especially because of what happened yesterday. The Wattersons remember how they were in pain, struggling to move after they lost their first fight against a demon.

Gumball with a sad and depressed look on his face: That rat demon really did a number on us.

Darwin depressed: Yeah, I can't believe we lost so easily to a rat, an actual rat.

Anais also depressed: That demon beat us to a pulp yesterday. But the rat demon had a name. What was it again...?

Nicole: Greed. It's name was 'Greed'.

Richard: Well, he didn't show any signs of greed when he was fighting us.

Nicole: We just met him yesterday. We don't truly know what it's capable of yet. But next, I'll end him.

Gumball: Mum, you said we were dealing with 'The Seven Deadly Sins'? I know what The Seven Deadly Sins are, but what does it mean for the demons.

Nicole looking at Gumball: The Seven Deadly Sins of man or The Seven Deadly Sins are demons of legend. Most people think they're myths, most use them as an expression or a way to describe the evil nature of man, but the truth is...

Gumball: They exist.

Nicole nodding: Yes.

Anais: You know about them, Mum?

Nicole: Yes, I do.

Darwin: Can you tell us more about them, and tell us how you know about them.

Nicole: Sure. Now, where to start... Well, anyway, I know that these demons, The Seven Deadly Sins were created in order to cause chaos in our world. It's even stated that they existed before us.

Darwin in shock: They existed before us?!

Nicole: Mhm. Anyway, they came to our world to cause tormoil and chaos. When man was first created, they didn't like it. As mankind multiplied over the years, they became furious and came into our world. They brought about wrath, greed, pride, sloth, lust, envy and gluttony. Those sins corrupted man, and till this very day, those sins are still in us.

Anais: They brought about all these sins. I thought we naturally had these 'sins' before... them, The Seven Deadly Sins?

Darwin: And why do demons hate us so much? What did we ever do to them?

Gumball: They're demons, Darwin. They're the definition of pure evil. They were created or born to hate us.

Darwin: Well that makes sense.

Nicole looking at Anais: Well, you are right Anais. We always had those sins in us. But we never used it to do evil things like hurting someone badly, causing wars etcetera. To be honest, mankind used to be peaceful, but those demons influenced us and blackened our hearts.

Gumball: So what you're saying is that, they took control of our bodies... I mean the body of other people?

Nicole: Well they did possess people, but still, with the bodies they were in, they were still able to influence others without using any supernatural powers. They just spread false rumors, bad advices and other things which were not true or which were wrong.

Anais: I see. You know, I was thinking, what if we destroyed them, does that mean that violence and anything that's associated with violence and bad stuff seize to exist. But, I was wrong. Even if we destroyed them, bad things will still exist.
