Putty on the Brain

Jason, Kimi and I were talking to Mr. Caplan about a project that was due next week, we wanted to know what we could and could not do with it that way we would not get into trouble if we do not get something right. Jason and Kimi were soon tackled by Zack and Billy, I was so confused on what was going on. Why did they suddenly attack Jason and Kimi? When I went to help them up, Billy grabbed my hand and pulled me behind them, it was as if they were trying to protect me from our own friends. Mr. Caplan gives them detention, while this was going on, I noticed that Miss Appleby has asked Bulk and Skull to feed the classroom iguana. I knew that this would be a really bad idea, and I felt so sorry for the little guy, who knows what could happen to that little guy with them feeding him. He then empties the entire box of food into his tank, I freak out about that, and take off over to the tank.

"Excuse me" I told them, they separated to let me go past them, they seemed confused about what I was going to do. I sighed and walked over to the little guy, I reached my hand into the tank, and he walked right onto my hand, he seemed to really like me. Though I think that it was because my hands run hotter than normal, and he loved the heat of my hands, he melted into them. (A/N: My hands really do run hot, they even start to burn at times, my hands are hot most of the time.) I put him onto my shoulder, he made himself comfortable there and fell asleep on my shoulder. I started to get all of the food out of his tank, "You two could have over feed him, and made him sick" they actually looked scared of me, though I do not blame them at all, I maybe small but I can be very scary whenever it came to the wellness of an animal. I got everything out of his tank and put him back into his home, I only kept in what he needed and got everything else out of there.

"Thank you" I heard him say, I was stunned for a few seconds, I guess that this is another of my abilities that I am going to unlock. I will tell the others about this at a later time, when we are not around anyone that might overhear. The iguana then turns into a monster, well that was something, I ran out with the others.

After school let out, we got a call that Zack and Billy needed help in the park, they were getting attacked by Putties. I got a little bit worried about what had happened a little bit ago in the hallway. When we came over to the park, Zack and Billy seemed to not be able to see who they were. Zack at one point tried to attack Trini, I got in between the two of them, Zack stopped as soon as he saw me, he seemed really confused right now.

"You almost attacked Trini, Zack" I told him, we ended up defeating them and went to the Command Center. We saw on the viewing globe; we saw the monster that Rita made of the poor little iguana. It seemed that he is able to live in and able to breathe fire. Billy suggests about making something to cool him down, that sounds like a really good idea, one that might work. He then goes to his lab with Zack to work on his idea. While they were doing that, Alpha sent Trini to test a theory of his, that no matter the spell that Rita has on Zack and Billy, they might appear to be normal when they are morphed. I hope that this works, that way if we have to go into battle, that if they were morphed, it would make the battle at least a little bit easier. It seemed to have worked and they were able to see Trini for who she actually was and not a Puttie. So far, I believe that it is my Phoenix magic that seems to keep me protected from whatever plan that Rita seems to come up with. I just wished that there was a way that I could extend that to my friends and that they would be protected as well.

The monster, now known as Saliguana begins to attacking the beach outside Angel Grove, Billy did not have enough time to test out his device, I hope that everything goes well though. Tommy has to stay behind to reserve his powers, though that did take some time and convincing to do that, he is hardheaded. I had to use my puppy dog eyes full force to get him to agree to stay behind. After we defeated a group of Putties on the beach, the Saliguana attacks us. The first try to use the extinguisher does not work, I then had an idea. I walked over to them, they looked at me confused,

"I want to add my own to it" that made them even more confused, until I touched it and transferred some of my powers to the extinguisher. It seemed to have worked and weakens the monster considerably. They then combine their Power Weapons to form the Power Blaster, and I summoned my Phoenix Blade, almost defeating him. Zedd of course makes him grow; we summoned our Thunderzords. Jason fights the monster alone in the Red Dragon Thunderzord, he then rides the Thunderzord Assault Team to dodge the Saliguana fire. We then combine all of our zords into the Thunder Megazord. He then attacks the Megazord with his tongue, but we were able to break the hold with the Thunder Phoenix Saber, we then finish the monster off with a charged slash. Billy and Zack are told to wear the glasses one more time, Zordon modified them the neutralize Zedd's spell. It seemed to have worked, they were able to see Jason, Kimi and Trini as they were, not as Putties.

I went back to Miss Appleby's classroom; I was by myself at the moment. She saw me walking to her class,

"What can I do for you Langtree?" she asked me,

"I just wanted to check on the little guy" I told her pointing to the little iguana that sat in his tank looking at me.

"That is very nice of you Ava, let me know when you are about to leave" she told me, I nodded and walked over to him. I gently grabbed him out of the tank,

"How are you doing?" I asked him, feeling silly, my mind making me think that I was hearing things a while ago and that he was not in fact talking at all. That all blew out of my mind when,

"I am fine, thank you for helping me. I did not want to help him, but he made me, he made me do it. Tell the others that I am sorry" he told me, I was confused for a second, until I realized that he saw us morph and that he remembered about it.

"No problem, I got to go" I told him, I put him back into the tank and gave him a snack. "I'm going Miss Appleby"

"Have a good day Miss Langtree, I'm going to lock up" she said, we smiled at each other, she locked up and I went to my second home.
