In the dimly lit council chamber, Adhiraj's right-hand men conveyed the ominous news with a sense of urgency.
"Sarkar, we just received word. The rival village chief Rajendra Sharma has abducted Hukum on his way to the mansion" said Kaali to Adhiraj.
"What do you mean by abducted him on his way? He is Shivaay Thakur, nobody can touch him unless he wants them to touch him. " said Adhiraj to Kaali.Adhiraj Singh Rathore, the Sarpanch, ruled over a hundred villages with an iron fist. He was known as the most ruthless and cunning man in the region. Yet, beneath the veneer of authority, lay a man who cared deeply about his family and friends. A man who, when pushed, could unleash a force beyond measure to protect those he held dear.
"Sarkar, he was ambushed on his way from his village and Rustam reported that he was intoxicated that is why he got ambushed and couldn't fight back" said Kaali.
The aura of the room suddenly turned dark and cold due to Adhiraj's anger.
"Apne aadmiyon se kaho apne hathiyar utha le or Rajendra Sharma ki haveli ko gher le. Koi bhi humari ijazat ke bina vha se bahar nhi aayega. Or agar kisi ne aawaz uthayi toh goli maar dena" said Adhiraj to Kaali
( Tell our people to pick their guns and surround Rajendra Sharma's mansion. No one should leave without my permission and if anyone dares to raise their voice then shoot them.)
"Jii Sarkar" said Kaali and went from there.
(Ok Sarkar)The air in the room shifted, thickening with an oppressive intensity as his anger surged. The atmosphere, once serene, now crackled with the electric charge of his wrath. His eyes, usually calm and composed, burned with a fiery rage that seemed to scorch everything in its path.
The subtle hum of conversations silenced, replaced by a palpable tension that hung in the air. Those in the room felt the shift, an unspoken understanding that something formidable had been unleashed. It was as if the very walls absorbed his fury, casting a shadow that darkened the once-hospitable space.
Even the faintest whispers dared not dance through the stillness. The room, accustomed to witnessing the Sarpanch's steady demeanor, now quivered under the weight of his unleashed rage. His enemy's audacity to harm his friend, a breach of the unspoken rules protecting his inner circle, had transformed the room into a battlefield of emotions. It was a stark reminder that no one, not even a whisper, could trespass the fortress he built around those he held dear.
"Kaali gaadi nikaal, hum khud jayenge Shiv ko ghar laane. Dekhte hai kis m$darc$$d me itni himmat aa gayi hai ki humare dost ko humare hi gaaon se agwa kar le" said Adhiraj to Kaali.
("Kaali, get the car ready. I will personally go to bring Shiv back from Rajendra's place. Let's see who has the courage to abduct my friend from our own village.")
"Jii Sarkar" said Kaali. As Adhiraj reached Rajendra's mansion, a cloak of determination draped over him. With calculated precision, he held Rajendra's son and brother at gunpoint, the metallic glint reflecting the gravity of the moment.
"Where is Shivaay?" he demanded, his voice cutting through the tense air. Rajendra, sensing the unwavering resolve, reluctantly revealed the location, his face a canvas of fear and defiance.
"Jab jigar me dum nahi tha humse ladne ka toh himmat kaise hui humare dost ko haath lagane ki?" said Adhiraj to Rajendra with a mocking tone.
("When you didn't had the guts to fight me then how dare you to even touch my friend")Rajendra sensing his mockery felt a sudden rage but couldn't voice out because his and his family's safety was within Adhiraj's hand.
Adhiraj, in a commanding tone, instructed Kaali to stay alert, his eyes a stern warning against any negligence. "Keep an eye on them, and await my call," he ordered, his voice carrying the weight of impending consequence.
His gaze shifted to Rajendra, a stern warning etched on his face, "If I see even a single scratch on Shivaay, I won't hesitate to shoot you and your entire family."The moment of truth unfolded when Adhiraj, fueled by both fury and concern, reached the godown. Shock contorted his face as he discovered Shivaay, beaten up and unconscious. In a surge of rage, he called Kaali, his voice seething with anger, "Shoot Rajendra and his brother in the legs."
The air thickened with tension as the Sarpanch, a storm of vengeance, ordered his men to set the godown on fire. The flames flickered, reflecting the turmoil within, as he vowed to extinguish not only the physical fire but also the embers of betrayal that threatened to consume his friend.
