A partner in crime.

Justin dropped me off to my statistics class as he went to the next room for economics. As I walked into my class, that same feeling of sadness swept over me as memories began to flood my mind.My mind drifted to a day of celebrations, where my teacher had called my parents in to congratulate me on the completion of the advanced math paper. It was a day to cherish, a day where both my parents wouldn't stop smiling and praising me

"Dude, are you going to move or?" a masculine voice from behind me pulled me out of my trance to be face-to-face with Miles, one of Justin's friends. He was the tall and scrawny one. Behind him was Justin's well-built, other friend, Kyle

"Oh sorry," I said as I looked around the full room, shit there was no space or empty seat for me.

"Try the seat at the front of the class, next to Sam, she won't bite," whispered Kyle.

"Thanks," I walked towards Sam who was staring so intently at her text book that I thought she'd burn holes into it

"Erm, hi?" I squeaked, turning my greeting into a question.

"Number one rue, do not talk to me when I am reading, number two, I've never had a maths partner and number three, hi," she seemed different, I was unsure whether to reply or not. 

"Shit sorry, I totally made that sound like math haha," oh so she has a sense of humour, I laughed.

"It's cool, you're lucky I share the same passion for maths as you do,"

"In that case, we'll make fabulous friends," and I swear from that moment we became friends forever.

At the end of the lesson, me and Sam walked out together, she showed me around the school and to my locker where I found Zack and I think it was Felissa, locking lips, ugh it was right next to my locker too, gross.

Sam looked towards me, "these two are always on and off so don't even think about it, I'm warning you Luna, don't fall for him," I had no idea why she'd say that, Zack seemed like a macho monster and Felissa, a barbie doll.

"I highly doubt I'll ever fall for him so don't worry." I assured her with a look of disbelief at the fact that she'd have to warn me about him, ew!
