Jisung enthusiastically walked down the pathway and through the university doors.
His first class was math, which was on the second floor.
The hallways were bustling with students since only fifteen minutes were left till the classes began for the day.
Jisung gently pushed past the overflowing crowds of students easily as he stood in front of his classroom's door. He was surprised to see that it was the class he last saw the honey haired guy in.
With a deep breath, he pushed the door open and entered. His whole body felt wobbly from how quick things were escalating. This was going to be his new life from now on.
The class looked like any other typical classroom, windows on one wall, desks lined up orderly which were turned to face the front board, towards the teachers desk.
He slowly went inside, the students were still pilling in. Jisung found an empty desk in the back of the room and sat at it.
As Jisung settled his bag down, he heard a loud voice.
"It's you!"
Jisung looked up with confusion etched on his face which slowly softened back down when he saw the smiley honey haired boy walking towards. The boy had two other males following behind him who seemed to be in a deep conversation with one another.
"You're Jisung, right?" he asked to which Jisung replied with a slow head nod.
"Yea that's me. You're Jeongin if I remember correctly?" Jisung asked back as he sat properly down.
"Mhm you got it! Did you decide to attend the school as a student now?" He asked while the two boys behind him finally ended their conversation and averted their attention to the ongoing conversation.
"Yea I guess you could say that." Jisung said with a smile. "That's great! Let's be friends, you seem nice!" Jeongin said happily as he stepped closer to the brunettes desk.
"Wait really?" Jisung asked surprised, it wasn't everyday when he got to hear such words.
"Yea of course! Let me introduce you to my other friends." Jeongin said as he ushered the two boys behind him to come closer.
"This freckled, blond haired chicken is Felix and the short isosceles triangle standing next to him is Changbin." Jeongin introduced with a cheeky tone.
"Hey! How many damn times have I told you to not call me that!" the black haired male complained as he smacked the back of Jeongins head playfully.
"Sorry hyung, I just can't resist!" the honey haired boy said sheepishly. Changbin just huffed in return.
"It's nice to meet you guys, my name is Jisung." the brunette said with a soft smile as he stood up from his desk and gave a small head bow. The other two greeted him back with smiles as well, happy to meet someone new.
"You... you seem familiar. Have we met before?" the blond haired male said in a low voice as he came up all close into Jisung's personal space and eyed his face up and down.
"Uhm I'm not sure..." he trailed off, "Have we?" Jisung said unsure as he stepped back a little.
"What's your full name?" the blond asked. "It's Han Jisung." the brunette replied back casually.
Felix's eyes widened a bit as he stepped even closer. He grabbed Jisung's face and then took his chubby cheeks into the tips of his fingers and lightly squeezed them. "Same chubby cheeks, same smile... same voice and name, same everything!"
Jisung looked at Felix with a confused look before being pulled into a deathly big bear hug that felt too warm and familiar. "Sungie! I missed you! Do you remember me?"
"Lixie?" Jisung mumbled with wide eyes as he tilted his head to the side in disbelief.
"Yes! That's me, your Lixie! Where had you gone Jisung? Did you move without telling me? Did you know how heart broken I was when I waited day after day for you to show up back to school, but you never did..." Felix said as he lightly rocked Jisung back and fourth, shaking the brunette by his shoulders.
"Sorry Lixie... it's a complicated story... and I didn't move anywhere, I was still in Seoul. I guess we have a lot to catch up on." Jisung said softly as he stopped Felix from shaking him too much.
"You bet we do! Did I mention that I'm loving your new look? Your long hair really suits you and you haven't changed that much too." Felix said as he pulled Jisung's chubby cheeks once more while cooing. "so cute!"
"Thanks." Jisung said softly, whining a bit as he tried to pull away as he felt his face starting to ache. Eventually, Felix did let go and chuckled happily as Jisung smiled while rubbing the side of his face gently.
"Have they met before?" Jeongin quietly whispered to Changbin.
"How should I know?" Changbin deadpanned with an eye roll.
The younger squinted his eyes to take a better look at the shorter's face. "What's with that mood? Are you perhaps jealous that Felix is giving the new guy more attention than you?" Jeongin teased while wiggling his eyebrows.
"Shut up, no I'm not!" Changbin yelled lightly as he nudged the younger away to the side by his elbow. The young, honey haired boy, only laughed back.
"What's going on here?" A boy asked, walking into the classroom and stood behind Jeongin and ruffled his hair.
"Oh hey Hyunjin, we just made a new friend!" Jeongin said as he turned to look at the red haired male who smiled softly.
"Oh, really? Who?" Hyunjin asked as he scanned the room.
"The guy standing next to Felix, his name is Jisung." Jeongin replied with a smile as he pointed to the brunette who was having a happy conversation with the freckled boy.
"Ah... he looks kinda odd to me." Hyunjin mumbled, side eyeing the brunette who hadn't seemed to notice him.
"Yah! Don't say that! He's very nice, you can't just judge people like that." Jeongin said as he smacked the olders back.
"Hmm whatever." the red head shrugged off as he walked over to his desk and sat down, slumping in his seat as he placed his bag to the side.
"Why're you such a grumpy pants? I swear sometimes you look like a toilet plunger to me with that red hair of yours and when you're all like this." Jeongin said playfully as he sat down next to him on his own desk.
"Shut up, why're you always like this? You're such a damn kid." Hyunjin grumbled to which Jeongin just laughed too. "I swear if you weren't my cousin I'd have already left you."
"Don't you dare say that! I mean-I would do the same!" Jeongin retorted back with a grumble, Hyunjin just playfully rolled his eyes while shaking his head.
"Alright class, please settle down, the bell is just about to ring in three minutes." the teacher called as she entered the room and started setting up her desk.
"You'll be eating lunch with me, Sungie! Let's talk more after the classes are over. Meet me in the front of the cafeteria." Felix said with a wide smile as he went over to sit down at his desk which was in the opposite direction to the one Jisung was at.
"Alright." Jisung said with a smile. He swore that his face was hurting by now from how much he was smiling. He casually sat down at his desk as the bell rang, the class starting.
A few hours passed, the class went by smoothly for Jisung and he had easily caught up to what they were learning since it was only the first week of the new school year. His second class went fine as well, though he made no friends in there.
