or well more specifically. he + the xkour guardians were created by luni when she decided to turn xkour into an in universe vr game and didnt want to manage it herself.

the guardians were created to be moderators and well. guardians

dice meanwhile was created to manage public relations, playing the role of the in universe 'founder', along with being the "mission control" for the guardians. additionally he was made with some limited creator like powers (ive taken to mentally calling them 'administrator powers cause. computers) to manage the internal workings of the game/world

during the corruption event luni deactivated him so he would stop "doing the job she created him to do"🙄 and getting in the way of her plan to destroy everything ugh🙄🙄🙄

(okay this is definitely getting too meta)

again no clue where this idea even came from but its a damn fun concept to play with (afterall would be a shame if he were to say... get corrupted)

also a very roundabout way of solving that xkour problem.
