Beta kids

The beta kids had all met around the age of ten. After a year of knowing each other, Dave thought it would be "absolutely hilarious" (or rather, wanted to them for sentiment) if everyone sent a pair of their shoes out and made a circle throughout the four of them so they could all sign them. They went through with it. Now all of the kids have old, worn out tennis shoes that have smudged signatures on them. Nobody is willing to admit it, but they've all kept them over the years.
